Jimmy leaned back in the chair, Tina had long since gone to bed. Joey sat back as well and finally looked around the restaurant. The front lights were the only ones on, all the cars were gone from the parking lot, except for Jimmy's. The plate in front of Joey had a wrapper from the cupcake he had eaten, and Jimmy's coffee was long gone.
"That's it? That's all you're going to tell me?" Joey asked, his leg shaking from excitement. "What happened to Kat and Christy? What about Chuck, did he survive the operation? And are Jesse and Steven still at the restaurant in Thedford?"
Jimmy yawned, "Those are all for the next time I tell you a story. But for now, let's get you home. I'm sure your mom is wondering where you are."
Joey looked at his phone, it was 4 AM. He didn't realize how late it was. He stood up, his legs wobbled a little, "Yeah, I think you're right. But that story, it just raised so many more questions!"
Jimmy grinned as he stood, "I guess you'll just have to wait until next time to find out."
