A/N: Almost forgot, I have three books before this one that I suggest reading. The first one is called "Love in the City of San Fransokyo", the second one is called "The Key Hiro Hamada X Reader", and the third is called "Deep Water Hiro Hamada X Reader". The rest of you, thank you for reading. Okay I'll shut up now.
Hiro and I were nineteen. We still lived by the bay, and Hiro still attended SFIT. Hiro had applied to Krei Industries, but because he had so long ago refused to sell his microbots, he was denied a job. I was going to go beat someones... Ah, well, you know, but Hiro told me not to, so I didn't, but I wrote very angry letters to them.

Anyways, I was sitting at home, working on another book, when I heard the front door open. Smiling because I knew it was Hiro, I stood up, and ran downstairs to greet him. "Hey." He said. I stopped, and hugged him, by throwing my arms around his neck. Then he kissed me. "How was your day?" He asked. I shrugged. "Boring?" He asked. I nodded. Then I gave him a look. "My day was fine." He said. I smiled, he knew me and my looks so well. Baymax waddled to his charging station, and began to charge. I began cooking dinner, when the doorbell went off. (D/N) began barking. "I got it." Hiro said. I continued with dinner. "Uh, (Y/N)." Hiro called. I made sure nothing would start a fire, and walked to the door. There was a man in a blue uniform. "Hello mam, I'm Commander John Gilbert, and I am here because I wanted to ask you and your..." But he stopped, not seeing a ring on our fingers. "We're boyfriend and girlfriend." Hiro said. "Oh." Mr. Gilbert said. "Sorry, my girlfriend can't speak." Hiro said. "Oh." Mr. Gilbert said. I hit Hiro's arm, and gave him a look. "Oh, sorry um, would you like to come in?" Hiro asked. The officer smiled and said, "Why thank you."

Now Mr. Gilbert sat on our couch, and I continued making dinner. "Can I get you anything?" Hiro asked. Mr. Gilbert shook his head. "Oh no, I'm fine, but like I said, I have a question for both of you." Mr.Gilbert said. I looked over at him, while Hiro did the same. "The government wants to ask if Big Hero 8 I believe? Will join us, and work with us." Mr. Gilbert said. I accidentally dropped the bowl that I was holding. It crashed, and broke into a bunch of pieces. I stared at Hiro, and he back at me. Sorry, I mouthed. He nodded, and looked back at Mr. Gilbert. "I, um, I need to discuss this with my girlfriend." Hiro said. "I understand." Mr. Gilbert said. He stood up, and handed Hiro a card. "When you decide, call me." Mr. Gilbert said, and walked out the door. I began sweeping the glass up. "What should I do?" Hiro asked. I gave him a look. "Why not?" He asked. "We do dangerous things all the time." I gave him another look. "Okay, I'll call the gang over, and we'll talk about it." He said. I finished making dinner, while he called the others. While Hiro and I waited, we ate the tacos that I made.

When everyone arrived at our house, we sat in the living room. "So what's up?" Fred asked. I looked at Hiro, he took a deep breath, and told the others what happened. "So... What are we going to do?" Wasabi asked. Hiro glanced at me. I couldn't look at anyone. "I think we should." Hiro said. I looked at him, and felt a bit ticked off at him. "Is every one okay with that?" He asked. The others looked at each other and nodded. I stood up and walked upstairs.

"What's wrong?" Hiro asked when he came to our room. He changed and laid on our bed. I rolled away from him. "Why aren't you okay with this?" He asked. I stood up, and walked downstairs, (D/N) behind me. "Wait! (Y/N)!" Hiro called. I walked to the kitchen, and began to make tea. "(Y/N) what is the problem?" Hiro asked. I gave him a look. "It's not nothing." He said. I huffed. I was mad at him. The government could be manipulating, and I just didn't want to lose Hiro like I had lost my grandfather... "Tell me." Hiro said. I shook my head. He sighed, knowing that I wouldn't write, or do anything to let him know what was wrong. "Okay." He said, and walked back upstairs. I couldn't believe that he was going. Why would he? Oh yeah, because he didn't know yet.
