Chapter 21: Memories with (G/N)

A/N: What would you guys name your daughter? I would name mine Lillian Rose and then the last name, so in this case Hamada. I'm curious and if you want to tell me just comment!

The day we took (G/N) home was a very joyful event. The gang and Aunt Cass had set up a little party for the safe delivery of (G/N). It was quiet since (G/N) was asleep, but it was very much appreciated.

(G/N) First Christmas 1 month and 5 days:

Tadashi woke us up, and since Hiro was practically a kid too, he woke me up on Christmas morning. They ran downstairs to sort presents, while I checked on (G/N). She was awake, so I took her downstairs to see the boys anxiously waiting for my arrival so they could open their first present.

The First Time (G/N) Laughed 4 months:

Tadashi was such a good brother. Whenever (G/N) cried and Hiro nor I could get her to stop, Tadashi was able to. So one time when she did, Tadashi took her from me and started to make funny faces and noises. First she smiled, but then she laughed. Hiro was shocked, but I was excited! I could already tell that these two would be close siblings, and that Tadashi would be protective of her. 

"Good then I won't get in trouble for hurting the kid who is stupid enough to break her heart." Hiro said. I just laughed.

The First Time (G/N) Talked 6 months:

Hiro and I were putting (G/N) to bed. We were about to leave when Hiro thought he heard a noise. He went back and picked her up.

"Were you going to say something?" Hiro asked.

"Dada." She said.

"SHE SAID HER FIRST WORD!" Hiro said.

"Shh." I said laughing.

"It was dad!" He said quieter.

"I know I heard." I replied.

The First Time (G/N) Crawled 8 months:

Tadashi was playing with (G/N) on the ground in the living room. I stood up to walk to the kitchen.

"Mom look!" Tadashi said. I turned around to see (G/N) crawling after me.

"What are you doing?" I asked her bending down to pick her up. She laughed and clapped her hands. Tadashi called Hiro to tell him. I could hear Hiro over the phone from the other room.

The First Time (G/N) Walked 1 year and 3 months:

(G/N) hadn't walked at all. I knew it was okay, but... Tadashi had walked at 10 months. Still, Hiro and I tried to get her to walk. She just wouldn't. It wasn't until Tadashi's third birthday that she tried standing up with the help of the couch and (D/N). Then she walked to Hiro who stood spellbound a few steps from her. He picked her up and looked at me. I waited for his reaction.

"She walked." He said calmly.

"Yeah." I said slowly, waiting for the shouting to begin.

"Hold her please." He said. I took her from him while he went outside. "SHE WALKED!" I heard. I jumped when that happened.
