The trial ended as the judge declared the men spend the rest of their lives in prison. Korra couldn't stand by and see her mother cry by feeling helpless, so she decided to have a talk with the judge.

"Going somewhere?" Naida walked towards her with her palm on Drogon as he stood beside her. "I'm going to get my dad out of the prison."

"And how do you plan doing that?" Naida questions and brings her crossed arms to her chest. "Have a little talk with the judge. You can't stop me from doing so."

Naida sighs and gets on Drogon as he walked beside Naga, "I'm not stopping you. I'm going to help you."

Korra smiles at her best friend in respond, "No offence, but your uncle seems...fishy to me. So, if you're going into shit, we're going together." Naida states with a smirk. Korra nods as the two leave after the judge.

_____

On a nearby mountainside, Korra chases down Judge Hotah while riding Naga. Naida flew beside with Drogon as he breathed out a small fire, melting the tires down. In respond, the judge crashes as Drogon lands beside Naga.

The two animals growl loudly into the judges face, showing their teeth as Naga destroys the doors open. Korra and Naida lean on the vehicle and glance inside. Naida grabs the judge and slams him on the vehicle, "What do you want?!"

"It's not what about we want," Korra started, "It's about what they want." Naida continues and the judge glances to his sides, finding the two- Drogon and Naga growling at him. "And they would like my father out of prison."

The judge admits that he was only following Unalaq's orders. Korra demands what he was talking about, as he simply responds he had already said too much. Naida gets furious by this and grabs the judge by his collar.

Drogon opens his mouth as the judge could feel the warmth from the dragon, glancing at his sharp teeth. "Unless you want to be Drogon's snack, you better keep talking."

The judge blurts out that he has been working for Unalaq for years and that he wanted everyone to think the trial was fair. "So, Unalaq told you what to say?" Korra questions, "Y-Yes! Every word!"

"Then why did he have you free her mother and change your sentence?" Naida questioned and hardened the grip on his collar. The judge states that Unalaq wants Korra on his side and her father out of the way, just like he got him banished.

Naida and Korra's eyes widen as they glance at each other, "What do you mean he got my father banished'?" Korra turns back to the judge and demands, "N-Nothing!"

Naida creates a water tenticle and sharpens the end, pointing it towards the judge's neck. "Keep. Talking."  Korra demands once again.

_______

Back in the Southern Water Tribe, Korra and Naida tell Mako, Asami, and Varrick what they found out from the judge about Unalaq.

Korra explains to them how Unalaq hired the barbarians to attack the Northern Water Tribe and told them to hide in the spirit forest, knowing that his brother would attack them. This got Tonraq banished, so that Unalaq could become chief himself.

"I'm busting my father out of jail." Korra says and turns to Naida, "I need your help."

Naida smiles and crosses her arms against her chest, "Of course, I'll help."

Mako, Varrick Asami also volunteered to help. Bolin and Pabu appear at the door, wearing formal Water Tribe robes, and Bolin angrily announces that he is getting married to Eska. Naida bursts out laughing, pointing her finger at Bolin.

She straightens up and  brushes off her tears from laughing, "I'm pretty sure, the guy is supposed to give the girl the betrothal necklace." Naida said in between laughs.

"Well, I guess Eska didn't get the memo."

_______

Asami, Mako, Naida and Korra infiltrate the prison, stunning a guard with an electrified glove and approaching Tonraq's cell, only to realize that he is not in there.

"I'm sorry, Korra." The team all glance only to find Unalaq standing there, "But you'll never see your father, again."

Korra demands to know where her father is. Unalaq informs her he is on a ship headed to the Northern Water Tribe to serve his sentence. Korra threatens to take out Unalaq and his army if he does not bring her father back, but he reminds her that she is the Avatar and, therefore, cannot threaten war because she must remain neutral in order for the tribes to be unified.

"Well, I'm not neither of those.." Naida mumbled and stepped forward, only to be pulled back by Mako.

Unalaq goes on to tell Korra that the dark spirits will destroy the South if there is a civil war, but Korra continues to demand that Unalaq bring her father back and leave with his troops, thinking she has the advantage, since she is the only one that can open the Northern spirit portal. Unalaq taunts Korra by informing her that he does not, in fact, need her and that she has already served her purpose.

Korra, enraged by this comment, sends several balls of fire whirling toward Unalaq, which he tactfully blocks with water that he bends from a water skin at his side.

Unalaq retaliates, while Mako joins in with a fireblade, only to be blasted in the face by Unalaq.

Naida dodges Unalaq's attacks and bends a blast of water down the corridor, sending Unalaq flying against the back wall. "Let's go!" She yells and they all escape to Varrlok's yacht.

They arrive on the yacht and plan to catch up to the ship that harbors Tonraq, realizing that the Northern Water Tribe ships are in the way. Korra mentions that she could waterbend the ships out of the way if she had a plane. Varrick responds by opening a hatch on his yacht, revealing a biplane, but there is no runway.

"Change of plans; Naida, you water bend the ships out of the way. Me and Mako will get the plane in the sky while Asami will pilot it." Korra orders as they all nod.

Their plan works as the two firebenders push themselves into the air. Naida stands where the plane was placed and takes a deep breath as they approach the ships.

She water-bends a huge wave that pushes the ships that form the blockade out of the way. Varrick drives his yacht through, with no problem and the three in the plane continue on to Tonraq's ship.

Naida runs back inside where Bolin and Varrick were. They stop by the ship as Korra and the rest get the prisoners on it.

_______

Bolin thanks Korra for making the break-up between him and Eska official, but Varrick announces that they have company, "And not the fun kind!"

Bolin looks who it was only to shock him, "That would be my darling Eska. Quick question, Is this thing fast enough to get away from my ; crazy,water-bending ex girlfriend?"

"Why do you think I built this boat?" Varrick answers as they easily outrun furious and heartbroken Eska.
