"That damn Math teacher," Damian muttered, stabbing his salad with the cheap wooden spoon in frustration. Emile glanced over, sensing his friend's agitation. "What's up, Damian?" he asked.
"She's trying to make Forger and me get along. I don't know if I can put up with it," Damian grumbled, his annoyance evident in his tone.
"Teachers, man. They think they're superheroes or something," Ewen scoffed, echoing the sentiment of frustration. "She can't force you to like someone," he added, shaking his head in disbelief at the idea.
Damian left the main dinning area of the dorm and entered his dorm room, collapsing onto his bed with a heavy sigh. "Ping!" his phone chimed, drawing his attention. He pulled his phone from his pocket, a new message from Sakura lighting up the screen. "Did you see? Super Zetman Z is doing a Collab café!!"
"No, and even if, it's not like I can go. The dorm is really strict with stuff like that," he replied, his fingers hesitating over the keys. It was a lie, of course. Damian was keeping his identity a secret, especially considering his family's status.
He kept his identity so well hidden that he refrained from sharing any personal issues with her, cautious of anything that could potentially lead to his identity being discovered. Despite feeling a twinge of guilt about this, especially considering how freely she confided in him, Damian remained steadfast in his resolve to maintain the secrecy surrounding his true self.
"Ah do you go to one of those rich people schools? I go to a normal public school" Sakura replied
"No comment" Damian replied
"Awe one of these I'll get you to open up to me :3" she replied--
Anya was browsing anime sites when she received a message from Becky. "Hello Anya-chan, I know you are either nose deep in the books or watching Anime this weekend. How would you like to go see a movie with me? (>‿♥)" Becky's message read.
Anya's curiosity piqued as she read Becky's message. "Ooo, what movie?" she replied, her interest piqued.
"Star-Crossed Scholars," Becky responded. "I think it adapts from a manga, so I thought you might be interested in it."
Anya turned to her laptop, where she had been browsing the anime and manga database. Typing the title into the search bar, she found the synopsis. "Ah, yes," she said aloud as she read. "In 'Star-Crossed Scholars: A Tale of Rivalry and Romance,' academic adversaries Yuki and Hotaru find themselves competing for top honors at their prestigious school. But as their rivalry intensifies, so does the undeniable attraction between them."
Anya picked up her phone, considering Becky's offer. "Hmm, not my cup of tea, but I'll go with you," she typed before hitting send.
"Perfect, see you Saturday" Becky replied
