Chapter 8: Azur Lane and Poe

Meeting Chamber, Azur Lane

We're going to return back in time where members of Azur Lane are having a meeting to discuss about inviting over Poe to Azur Lane after Commander Sakura investigate his shop which she find it interest that the items are more cheaper there and Akashi and decide to invite him over, but due to no engines in his ship; she have to hire a couple of kansens to tow him to Azur Lane. The girls question about his personitiy that will effect the well-beings of the girls which Sakura confirm with Vestal that he's okay as long you don't disturb him or his ravens that is his partners.

QE: "I hope he knows how much we put our faith in him if he need our kansens to travel the sea without an engine."

Sakura: "Don't worry, but we need to be respected since we need him to keep our budgets from going red."

They can hear footsteps from behind the door to reveal HMS Belfast who bow to the Commander and inform her that Poe have arrive with his escorts.

Belfast: "We brought Poe here."

Sakura: "Bring him in."

Beflast bow before Poe enter the office wearing his usual outfit including a raven on his shoulder and holding his black cat Pluto along with his escorts who are maids from the Royal Navy. Poe wasn't happy that he was summon away from his workshop, but since it's Azur Lane than he let it slip for the time being, but hopefully not too much.

Poe: "This better be important to send me here away from my shop."

Poe sit down on the chair while the flagships of Azur Lane found him interesting with his outfit that looks like from the 1800s and become friendly with a raven and a black cat.

Sakura: "I'm sorry about this Poe, but we need alternative shop that is cheap rather than using the greedy neko girl Akashi. We request of hiring you as one main shop seller."

Poe: "As long I have my ravens and my black cat than it's fine, but let you know that any damage on my ship or my shop; there will be a penalty."

Everyone agree and Poe decide to head back to his ship and have someone to tow him back to San Diego, but looks like someone was interest in him which is KMS Roon who arrive with Fredrich der Grosses after the Crimson Axis rejoined Azur Lane after the Orochi Incident between the Sakura Empire and Azur Lane. Poe and Roon stare at each other until they bypass them, but was stop by Roon who wants to talk with him.

Roon: "What's your name?"

Poe: "USS E.A. Poe. Your average supply ship. Now excuse me; I got business to attend."

Roon: "How about I give you a tour around the base before you head out?"

Poe: "If I do then I can return to my shop; I can't leave my ravens all alone."

Roon agree and they both head out to have a tour around the base which shock the girls that someone was able to deal with a crazy woman, but they have a feeling that Poe is similar to Roon, but with a different reason.

Time Skip
Port, Azur Lane

It was about time for Poe to leave and the girls was able to attach the ropes to his ship and ready for taking him back to San Diego so he can continue working at his shop which Sakura want to invite his shop to Azur Lane, but was rejected since he have business in the port which is to protect the golden wisdom cube that is still hiding underneath his shop and moving the shop would cause the Sirens to notice something. He's about to head out, but was stop by Roon.

Roon: "Can I visit you at your shop?"

Poe: "Sure if you're can deal with the ravens."

Roon smirk with interest and Poe depart with his escorts back to the mainland of Eagle Union. After he left; Commander Sakura inform High Command that they're doing business with Poe while Akashi was shock that she have a competitor taking her spot so she try her best to get business going, but so far nothing has happen and Poe business is been booming ever since his shop was introduce to Azur Lane and Akashi was forced closing down after her business down to the red and heading back to Sakura Empire as a repair ship with debt to pay to IJN Yamato for the loan that she got for working on her shop, but it was expansive. Things go worst for Akashi that she have to work around the base of Sakura Empire to get enough money to pay back Yamato.

Time Skip
Port, Sakura Empire

Poe head to the Sakura Empire for the first time with Roon who has a meeting with Nagato about trading routes between Iron Blood and Sakura Empire; however they notice Akashi who is cover in dirt and working on one of the torpedo ships after she lost her store by Poe's store. Poe feel bad for Akashi for taking her spot and decide to offer her a place in his shop as his assistant since she needs the money to pay back Yamato. Akashi doubt that he would able to pay back Yamato, but he did with 9,000,000 coins which is the same amount as Akashi loan from Yamato. Yamato agree to transfer the debt to Poe and Akashi is now become a co-worker for Pit and the Pendulum, but enough to pay off her debt to Poe.

Poe: "Count yourself lucky that I was nice and now you own me. Meet me at my shop in San Diego around midnight and don't worry about housing since you're going to live with me in my shop."

Roon was getting angry and decide to move in with him which she needs approve by Bismarck since she is entering another faction territory; however there is a high possible that Bismarck agree to it.
