The girl you had met named 'Miki' not only let you stay the night she took you to the Colosseum where the event would be held. Once the 3 of you finally made it liyla was mesmerized it was enormous beautiful architecture At the top of it there were 4 enormous statues of dragons each one representing a different element Miki explained. While she was doing that you had noticed liylas attention was elsewhere.
She was looking at the last minute sign up and you already knew the look on her face she was going to do it and there was no point in stopping her. Eventually Miki noticed
"Oh thinking about signing up you should totally do it id love to see you out there"she encouraged
And that was. All liyla needed she quickly ran over there and got in line but you sighed and pulled her to the side "I'm sorry can you hold out spot"you said with an awkward smile

"What are you thinking!!?"this was the first time you had ever raised your voice at her
"I'm thinking this could be my way of getting to the princess I'm not as exposed as my other sisters"she explained
"And what of the off chance someone does recognize you then what and who will be there to protect you Hmm?"you said with your arms crossed an annoyed expression
"Well I figured you would be coming with me and I could just use a fake name" she said a little embarrassed now having a sheepish expression on her face

And with a large sigh you shook you head and decided to sign up as well it wouldn't be to much of a big deal no one exactly knows who you are and you would be able to protect her
(If your oc is too old to be going back to school lol or just to be going to school period I would advise this be the point you use another oc when we start the school arc and ignore the last part of the interaction )
Miki then chuckled with a small blush "oh dear I didn't even realize I didn't ask the two of you for your name I can be such an air head sometimes" she was clearly embarrassed "my names Miki by the way"

The crowd was already filled with joy and excitement but once a man stepped out who you could only assume was the king the crowd got even louder. he was large you can't tell what he looks like because he wears a mask and he didn't dress very fancy like your king did his attire was quite simple but fitting for the occasion. He had the Queen next to him ,who you couldn't help but stare at because of how beautiful she was even from afar. You noticed there was a smaller woman next to them , the princess maybe but you quick shook off that thought there was no way.
All he had to do was raise his hand to silence them.after a few moments of silence he began.
"Good morning my people we are so very happy you could make it and I hope the journey wasn't to hard. As you know we are here to day to see the candidates for our future knights those who we will trust with the safety of our kingdom and our lives. So let's all wish them good luck"he finished before the crowd went wild again
He stepped back and handed it over to the smaller woman she stood forward and waited for them to calm down once more
"Good morning everyone,I'm here to wish you all good luck and explain everything like I usually do"she smiled "so let's begin ,today you will be tested on strength,teamwork,and strategy these three qualities are important for any knight so let's begin"
