Williams paid his fine then walked over to Grey,"I know this may sound crazy but I am also not from here.". "Mister Davis",a worker ran up to him,"There's a Union solider back at the plantation. He claims he knows you.",Williams smirked and winked at him.Grey rode to house along with the worker and Williams. There was a Union infantry man standing on his porch. He got down and ran over to him to talk to him,"What are you doing on Confederate soil?",He knew who the Union solider was,"Sherman wants to spare you if you join back in his army.", Grey Davis knew this is what Williams was talking about,"He's moving here?",Davis asked,"If so tell him just try to destroy us.",The Union solider shook his head and walked off. Davis rode back into town warning everybody. The Confederate soldiers were already set up there and Davis went to where they were staying to enlist as did most of the men.
