Twenty minutes passed as Hazel watched the students dance as Garrett ran his hand up her arm sending chills through her entire body.
This was the first time he had acted like this and she couldn't lie about liking it.
His touch filled a void that had been empty for so long.
She looked at him as he raised her hand to his lips.
He kissed each of her knuckles causing her to laugh at the slightly ticklish feeling.
"This is different," she said.
"I've been trying to work up the courage," he said.
He looked at her as he continued to hold her hand.
"Do you enjoy it?" he asked already knowing her answer.
He just wanted to hear her say it.
She nodded "A little, yes," she said.
He smiled "Do you trust me kleine Maus"(Little mouse) he said.
"You know I do," she said softly.
He stood up before walking through the school with her beside him with her dress flowing with each step.
He led her to the field where they put all the flowers and the arch so the students could take photos.
He spun her causing her to smile.
He then held her waist tightly as they began to sway.
She wrapped her arms around his neck as she looked into his eyes.
"This is perfect now.
No one around.
No students, nothing" she said.
He suddenly lifted her and spun her causing her to yelp as she clung to him for dear life.
He then placed her back onto the grass before running his hands down her arms.
"Most would suspect I was planning to kill them if I brought them out here all alone," he said.
"If that was the case I would be ok with it" she said.
"I would never hurt you.
I would rather die than lay a hand on you.
I just find it funny how quickly you trusted me" he said.
"You fill my void.
My life has been perfect with you in it.
I've never had such a natural bond with anyone not even my parents and I have that bond with you.
I don't know why but I feel connected to you" she said.
"It is because we are bonded," he said.
"You could even say we are mated" he said again as his eyes shifted.
She looked into his eyes but didn't run.
Hazel placed her hand on his cheek before smiling.
"They're beautiful," she said.
"Do you know what they mean?" he asked.
"You're a werewolf.
At least part werewolf" she said.
"Löwenmensch," he said.
"Part lion, part wolf.
Incredible" she said as she felt his hand hold her hand on his face.
"You are mine.
I have searched for you for so long and now that I have you I will never let you go" he said.
"Why would I leave?" she asked.
He looked into her eyes before leaning in.
She gasped as his lips slammed into hers.
He held her against him as their lips moved together.
Hazel felt her heart explode as something inside her snapped.
She wrapped her arms around his neck as she struggled to pull away.
It felt too good, it felt too right.
Moments later she broke the kiss as she let in big breaths.
"Do you want to finalise the bond?" he asked.
"Yes.
I do" she said before kissing him.
He lifted her like a bride before walking into the woods.
He had planned this many times but his plans were now long forgotten as his instincts kicked in.
Hazel placed her head onto his chest feeling his heartbeat.
The rhythm soothed her as he placed her down in a clearing before straddling her.
She looked at him as she placed her hands on both sides of his face.
"After this, you will go through many changes.
I will guide you through everything but I wish for you to be prepared kleine Maus"(Little Mouse) he said.
"I trust you," she said knowing this was what she wanted.
She couldn't live without him no matter what he was, who he was.
