Chapter 10

Amy and Ty took Lyndy to the park as often as possible when Ty wasn't at work, Amy also took her to the town park where she met her friends and then pop in to see Ty at work.
It had been three months since Ty told her about this new part of his job.
"Go say hello to Daddy Lyndy."
She runs over to where Ty is " Daddy "
"Hello, my little munchkin. "
While Amy was watching Ty with Lyndy, one of the other staff members came over to her.
"So you must be Amy, Ty's always talking about you. "
"Oh, hello, yes, he gets a little carried away sometimes."
"I was thinking of going with them. My wife soon said NO to that. I'm surprised you're letting him go, Amy. Usually, it's single bloke's who go because of the Months away and the very hot chick's hanging around every day."
"Oh, he didn't say how long he'd be away each week actually."
"It's not days or weeks Amy, I think it's 5 or 6 months with travelling all around the other countries. "
Amy just looked at him in Disbelief.
"What, 5 or 6 months, your joking."
"Wish I was love."
"Thank you for telling me."
"Well I didn't think he would the way he's been moaning about you to everyone , he says he has no freedom, we've told him that he's mad. A beautiful wife, and a beautiful daughter. "
"I give Ty the freedom he wants, all I ask is for him to do his fatherly duties towards his daughter and spend time with her. She loves him to bits and is always disappointed if he's not home before her bedtime, well if he wants to be single again then he can have it."

"Hi"
"Daddddy".
"Hello pumpkin, you been a good girl."
"Yep, I help Mommy with dinner."
"Why don't you play with your doll house Lyndy till dinners ready."
"Okay Mummy."
"So only four weeks till you disappear from our lives for 5 or 6 months, when we're you going to tell me Ty, Oh, and you have all the freedom you like in our relationship don't you, yet you moan about me to your work buddies. That's really nice Ty."
"Who've you been talking to Eh, getting cosy with one of the bloke's. "
"You haven't answered my question Ty, who told me doesn't matter.  What does mater is the fact that you've been reluctant to inform me how long your going to be away from us. Don't you think I have a right to know as your wife."
"No I don't Amy, I  can do what I want when I want."
"So I take it by that sentence you would rather be single. Have you had enough of being married and in a relationship."
"Look, you went away for that tour."
"Yes and it was for 6 weeks Ty. You knew everything that was going on so don't try pulling that one. I'm not being left here on my own with Lyndy for 6 months. Ty.
You just want to go because of the hot, long legged young women that hang around and follow the team's."
"Ah so your jealous."
"Do you blame me Ty, what if I went away and it was followed by Hunky men. Would you be jealous, I mean you always are aren't you."
"That's different,  your my wife."
"Yeah and your my husband. If you want to hang around randy girls then fine, but don’t bother coming back. YOU FINISH your own  DINNER. ".
Amy walked out and took Lyndy to see her friend, Marion was away for a few day's helping someone with a problem horse.

Amy had no idea why Ty was acting like this. It had been 4 years since the problems they had before and she thought he'd got over it, Amy loved him so much and it hurt her when he acted like this, she wondered if there was something he needed counselling for, to help him.
She finally arrived at her friends place who was pleased to see her. Lyndy went and played with her friend who was the same age.
Amy had a good chat with her friend and she was just as confused about Ty's behaviour as Amy was.
After an hour Amy and Lyndy left and returned home to an empty house.
Ty hadn't finished cooking dinner , he just turned everything off.
Amy went to their bedroom with an ache in her chest hoping he hadn't done what she was dreading.

Marion walked in not long after Amy and Lyndy got back. She immediately saw Lyndy running to her and crying, so picked her up.
"Oh sweetheart what's wrong."
"Mummy crying , daddy naughty."
Marion put Lyndy back down and walked to Amy's bedroom,  as soon as she walked in she knew by all his draws left open and empty. Amy stood and Marion hugged her.
"He's gone Mum, how could he just do that."
It had been three months since Ty had left the garage to go with his boss as one of the mechanic's on his team.
Amy had been in full depression,  but the last month Marion had seen a change in Amy's health. The Dark circles around her eye's had come back, her memory wasn't good neither was her speech. So she made an appointment at the hospital.
"Amy, hurry up we have to get to the hospital appointment love."
Marion had Lyndy already belted in her seat and then Amy joined them.
Marion looked at  her daughter and knew something was wrong.
After the tests they had to wait. After an hour the Doctor called Amy's phone as they were in the Cafeteria getting Lyndy something to eat. Her results were ready.

They walked into the Doctors office and they sat down, Lyndy was off playing with some toys in the corner.
"Right Amy, we have the results and I'm afraid it's not a simple case of taking some tablets. You have a mass in your brain or should I say a Tumour.
