I met a girl
Hair bright as gold
Her laugh turned heads
Her smiles hid secrets untoldHer voice was bright
And her friend group was small
Her jokes lit up the room
But the real her was lost on allI met a girl
As wonderful as could be
But the bigger crowd
Doesn't like their blondes quirkyThey tore her apart
Savaged the remains
And turned her into
Another cause of painShe'd lost her fun
Her flirtatious ways
They took her heart
She changed her faceGone were the days
Of smiles and perks
Now she was the girl
Who finally lost her quirksI met a girl
She's sweet as can be
She's pretty, too
But she lost her personality
