MYSTIC FALLS HIGH

Echo: I hate this

Caroline chuckles, rolling her eyes and pecks her soulmate on the cheek before walking towards Matt.

Caroline: Matt.

Matt: Hey.

Caroline: How are you?

Matt: I -- I've been better. I gotta -- I gotta get to class.

Echo glares at him watching him leave

Echo: Poor little boy.

Caroline approaches Tyler on the basketball court

Caroline: You realize there's almost a full moon?

Tyler: Vampires don't have enough problems, you want to take on mine?

Caroline: Have you even thought about it? The whole...wolf thing? Do you know what you're gonna do?

Tyler: I have a plan.

Caroline: Well...?

Tyler: Kind of private.

Caroline: I'm student council vice president, head of the prom committ......

Echo: NO!!

The red head marches over getting in between her vampire and Tyler glaring at the boy before grabbing Caroline's wrist and drags her away.

Caroline: Echo, what the hell? I was only trying to help him

Echo: He's a werewolf, darling and werewolf bites are lethal to vampires, do you remember?

Caroline nods her head as Echo cups her face in her hands

Echo: I won't let you be in harm's way, my darling.

She brushes her hair out of her face tucking it behind her ear, the blonde stares at her with a loving look

Caroline: I think you were jealous

Echo: I was not!

Caroline raises her eyebrow giving her a look

Echo: Okay, perhaps a little.

Caroline smiles snaking her arms around her neck playing with her hair

Echo: Stop putting yourself in danger, darling. I really don't want to burn this town to ground if you get hurt or worse.

Caroline giggles, pecking her over and over on the lips.

Caroline: I love you

Echo: I love you more, my darling.

SLATER'S APARTMENT

Elena places her hands on a table and exhales heavily. Stella appears behind her

Stella: What the bloody hell are you going?

Elena: I'm getting Klaus's attention, Stella.

Stella: If he knows where you are, he will find you and kill you, Love

Elena looks back at her but doesn't say anything. Stella's jaw drops and her eyes widens

Stella: That's what you want.

Elena: It's either me or my family.

Stella: You need to stop sacrificing yourself, damn it!

Elena: Stella----

The blonde Original disappears making Elena lower her head as tears begins to steam down her face, her knees weaken and she falls down to the floor.

FORBES HOUSE

Echo closes a magazine and throws it down on the coffee table, her vampire walks into the living room placing down two cups of tea on the table

Caroline: So I read Mason Lockwood's journal

Echo: Oh yea the annoying doggie

Caroline chuckles sitting down beside her wrapping her arms around her waist nuzzling against her. The red head wraps her arm around her shoulder pulling her closer.

Caroline: My mom's not gonna let you keep staying here.

Echo: I know. I have plans in motion for a mansion. It'll be ready soon.

Caroline: He did say that the transformation speeds up over time.

Echo rolls her eyes, pressing her lips to the side of her head. Caroline smiles up at her, Echo smiles back

Caroline: I love you

Echo: I love you too, darling.

ELENA'S DREAM

Elena nervously enters the kitchen placing her hand on Stella's shoulder making her turn around glaring at her through narrowed eyes

Stella: That was stupid. You are stupid.

Elena: I wouldn't question you doing everything to save me so don't question what I do to protect my family

Stella rolls her eyes but places her hands on her hips

Stella: Why does your heart have to be so large? Why are you so compassionate?

Elena smiles snaking her arms around her neck and plays with her hair on the back of her neck.

Stella: I can't lose you

They lean their foreheads together.

Elena: I love you

Stella: I love you.
