Chapter: 15

The next morning came. Vaggie woke up with a yawn, and expected to see her girlfriend, Charlie, next to her; only to find an empty spot. "Charlie?"

Vaggie then walks down the steps, fully dressed in her usual outfit and with her ribbon in hair. As she walked down the stairs, she saw everyone in the Hotel, including (N/N) standing around the living room, staring at something. Or rather someone.

That someone being Charlie. She was walking around the living room talking to herself, with papers and pins all over the walls, her hair was messy, and her eyes looked like she hadn't slept all night. Angel then walks onto the scene with an uneasy look. "Yikes." Angel says. Vaggie then attempts to speak to Charlie. "Uh... Charlie, sweetie, you good?"

Charlie turns her head quickly. "Nope, no, not really! Haha! I've been up all night trying to figure out why the Hotel isn't working. We've done trust falls; we've tried sharing our feelings! We only have a couple months before the angels come!"

Charlie then laughs maniacally, as her demon form appears for a moment before going back to her usual form. "And at this rate-" Vaggie then interrupts her girlfriend. "Maybe it's time-" Charlie and (N/N) knew what she was about to say. Charlie turns her head toward Vaggie again, as (N/N) spits out her (F/B) (Favorite beverage) out her mouth, some almost falling out of her mug.

"No!" Charlie and (N/N) say in unison "To ask-" "Don't say it!" Charlie and (N/N) say while they get close to Vaggie. "Your dad." Vaggie finished. The young Morningstars groaned in annoyance. They never had the best relationship with Lucifer, they closest family member they were ever with was Lilith. But since she disappeared 7 years ago, the relationship became more and more of a distant memory then a real thing.

"Guys I know you don't want too, but we need every advantage we can get." "He let the extermination happen to begin with." Charlie said, while her hands were being held by Vaggie. "Charlie's right, Lucifer just had a meeting, and he basically said, 'go ahead and kill everyone'."

(N/N) says while impersonating Lucifer. Suddenly Charlie gasped causing (N/N) to jump slightly. "Wait... Thats it!" Charlie says while looking at the wall. "Kill everyone?" (N/N) and Vaggie ask in unison. "No! My dad could get me and (N/N) a meeting with Heaven!"

Vaggie and (N/N) ...look at each other? In confusion. "Did you both already try that?" Vaggie asked, (N/N) slightly blushes at remembering Adam again. His voice still sounded so familiar to her that it was making her face glow slightly pink whenever someone brought him up. "Yeah, with Adam, he was an asshole. But he isn't in charge of all of Heaven. We could go to the top." 

Charlie said as she pulled (N/N) who was still blushing by her shoulder. She then takes out her phone and scrolls through her contacts to find her dad, whom she hadn't called in years. Once she did find him, (N/N) and Charlie gave worried glances to each other. "What the hold up? You both got daddy issues?" Husk asked.

"No, we just have never been close. After he and mom split, he never really wanted to see me or (N/N)." (N/N) places a hand on Charlie's shoulder to make her feel better. "Hey that not true. He does call me, sometimes." "Yeah, but only if he's board or needs you to do something."

Charlie says. As Husk laughed softly. "Daddy issues." (N/N) and Charlie groaned and throw heads toward the floor in frustration. "Well, I would like to meet the big dick in charge." Angel says while leaning against the back of the sofa, next to Niffty, who was sharpening her knife, then unknowingly pointed it at Angel. "The ultimate bad-boy. Hehe, I bet he's scary."
