It was very dark outside, everyone was sleeping comfortably inside their homes. There's still plenty of time for morning.
Taehyung was sleeping peacefully, smiling softly as if he was dreaming about something good.

But, his beautiful and peaceful sleep is ruined by a sound. He started turning on his side and placed a pillow over his ears. Then it dawned on him that it was the sound of his phone. Someone is calling him

He quickly woke up from his sleep and the first thing he did was pick up his phone. When he looked at the time he realized that it was only 2 o'clock in the night.
Someone is calling him with an unknown number.
But how? He thought
Only Jin and Jimin have his number.

Once again his phone started to ring, he got confused and scared at the same time
But he gathered courage and picked up the call. 

“hello” Taehyung whispered.
He got up and checked whether the gate of his room was locked or not. When he saw that it was locked, he sat back on the bed and said once again “hello?”

“Taehyung?”
A voice was heard from that side. Taehyung thought he had heard this voice too

“Yes, who am I talking to?” Taehyung asked

“don't you recognize me, I'm Jungkook?
The sound of Jungkook's laughter came from the other side.

Taehyung heaves a sigh of relief when he realizes it was Jungkook who called him.
“you scared me”

“really? How?” Jungkook asked

“I haven't given this number to anyone nor does anyone know that I have a phone, only Jimin and Jin hyung know”

“oh I'm sorry if I scared you”

“It's okay” Taehyung replied.

And both of them became silent again. No one was able to understand what to say.
Taehyung was wondering why Jungkook called him so late at night.

“Sorry, I called you so late at night” Jungkook apologized. "I couldn't sleep"

“But how did you get my number?
Taehyung asked. he felt relieved knowing that Jungkook called him because he couldn't sleep.
Jungkook has so many friends: but then he only calls Taehyung.

“Jimin gave his number to Mingyu. I asked Mingyu for his number, then I called Jimin and asked for your number”

“You should have asked for it from me”

“yeah but I forgot at that time”

Both their faces turned red just thinking about the incident of the evening.
Their faces were so close.

“Will you come to the window?”
Jungkook asked as Taehyung hummed in response

Taehyung walked over to the window, stuck his phone between his ear and shoulder, and opened the window with both hands.

“you are already here”he said

Jungkook nodded his head and smiled softly at Taehyung. He motioned to Taehyung to sit on the window. While he sat on the chair near his own window 

“What if my mom comes to know?”
Taehyung said as he looked at the bedroom door feeling afraid.

“nothing will happen just trust me”
Jungkook said lightly
Taehyung looked at Jungkook and all his fears went away.

“If you don't mind, can I ask about your father?” Jungkook wasn't sure if he did the right thing by asking Taehyung this

“Mom and Dad were divorced long ago. Mom came to know about his affair”
Taehyung replied.

“im so sorry Taehyung” Jungkook was now regretting why he had asked him this

“no I'm fine, Dad has now married the same person with whom he had an affair. They both have a son who is older than me. It was because of him that mummy came to know about the affair but now we are happy” Taehyung smiled.

“Don't you miss him?”

“Yes, sometimes I miss him, so I go to meet him secretly because my mother has forbidden me from meeting him”

“I will also help you sometimes, okay?” Jungkook said.

A laugh left Taehyung's mouth as he nodded his head “okay”

“When are you joining your job again?”
Taehyung asked

“Most of the things will be set now so I am thinking of doing it tomorrow itself, what do you say?”

“Yes, do it, you will be bored at home anyway.”

While talking, they did not realize that morning was about to come. Taehyung had forgotten all his problems and was happy in that moment. There was no pressure on him from his mother or anyone else.

He was telling all his hobbies and things to Jungkook and Jungkook was listening without any problem.
But while talking, Taehyung fell asleep without knowing that the call was still going on.
