When Jin woke up the next morning, he stretches out his arms and legs. Instantly smiling as flashes from the prior evening replay in his mind. Things were always so natural between he and Taehyung.

He fondly remembers when they were younger. Growing up he was the happiest when they were together. There was nothing one wouldn't do for the other. He can truly say he had a blissful childhood.

Then as they got older, they realized those feelings were changing and soon they fell deeply in love. Jin was so freakin' happy. He experienced his first kiss with Tae. His first time.. everything that goes with a first love. It was perfect.

And then everything changed when Jungkook moved to town. He was the talk of the school and had a ton of admirers from day one.

Jin didn't really understand the attraction. He found him attractive of course, but not to the point of being obsessive. The way most students would. So he didn't have any trouble resisting his charms at first. But when they were assigned to work together on a school assignment, he slowly became a damn fool for him. He didn't understand how much his feelings changed in such a short time.

It all began when he did something that he regrets to this day.

He allowed Jungkook to kiss him one day and Taehyung found out about it.

But instead of being furious, he simply asked him if he still loved him. When Jin responded hesitantly, "Yes.. but.."

Taehyung knew that he would lose Jin one way or another. So he chose to let him go and Jin began an intense relationship with Jungkook right away.

He hated so much that he hurt Taehyung but he was so stupid in love at the time. He felt like he needed to see where their relationship would go.

They moved away right after graduation and soon had their daughter. They both were extremely happy when she was born. And Jungkook was a doting father. For years she was his everything. And he spoiled her, much to her hearts content. Until he didn't.

Jin shakes his head as he thinks about the turn of events that followed high school. Moving away was a big change. But he made a good life there. And he thought he was really happy. That they were happy.

He scoffs at the thought. Jungkook had no problem ending their marriage. He hasn't even checked on their daughter.

That angers him and he pulls the blankets off of him and gets out of bed. He then heads to the bathroom for his morning routine and dresses in some shorts and a t-shirt.

He gives himself a once over at the mirror and begins to walk out of his room. Before he does he suddenly hears loud bangs, then screams. Followed by laughter.

He rushes to his bedroom window and pokes his head out. He sees his mother crawling out of the small pond in their backyard. She is carrying a large, fluffy dog who is currently covered in mud.

He then sees his daughter rolling around laughing by the edge of the pond. Jimin quickly rushes towards Jin's mother to help her carry the culprit.

"What the hell's going on?!" Jin yells.

His mother looks up at him and says, "This stupid mutt was chasing after the ducks and got stuck in the mud. He damn near drowned himself trying to get out! And your sweet daughter is laughing instead of helping me!"

"Su-min! Quit being a brat and help your halmeoni!"

She sits up and wipes the tears from her eyes. And with a giggle she stands up and goes to help her out while Jimin carries the dog.

As he watches the commotion he suddenly sees Taehyung walking towards them. He can't hear what they're saying but he knows his mother invited him inside.
