Book 2: Decisions

Moe's POV

Two years. It's been two years since I last saw Sasuke. I missed him. His cocky attitude, his smile, his touch, his kisses. I sighed sitting down near the ocean, feeling the breeze against my skin. I closed my eyes and thought about Gaara. It's been a few weeks since Konoha rescued him. I pulled out the necklace Gaara gave to me before he left Konoha. 

~Flashback~

I walked to the hotel Gaara was staying at. I got to his room number and knocked on the door softly. He opened the door and smiled, "You came." he said. I looked up at him to see relief in his beautiful eyes. I smiled softly, "Of course I came." I told him. He stepped aside, letting me into his room. I sat down on his bed and he knelt down in front of me, holding my hands in his, "Moe, I'm so sorry about everything that's happened. I hope you can forgive me one day." he said sadly. I squeezed his hand comfortingly, "It's not your fault Panda-kun." I said with a cheeky smile, "I forgive you completly!" I said cheerfully.

He smiled and kissed me quickly, "I'm sorry." he started. I shook my head, "Don't worry about it." I said. I hugged him and felt him put something around my neck. I pulled back and looked at my new necklace. "What's this for?" I asked. He pulled out one from his shirt, "It's like a friendship necklace." he said. I smiled and hugged him, "Thanks." I said. He hugged me back, "I'll always be here for you, no matter what happens." he told me. He took a step back, "I'm leaving now, goodbye Moe. I'm going to miss you." he said. I nodded, "I'll miss you too, Panda-kun." I teased and left.

~End of Flashback~

I sighed and felt some sea mist on my face. I opened my eyes to see the sun starting to set. It reminded me of the time Sasuke took me out to watch a sunset back in Konoha.

~Flashback~

Sasuke hand his hand over my eyes and dragged me somewhere. "Sasuke, where you taking me?" I laughed. He chuckled, "It's a surprise." he said and continued to drag me somewhere. Finally he stopped and took his hand of my eyes. I opened them to see the sun starting to set, "Wow, this is really beautiful." I said, sitting down on one of the Hokage's heads. Sasuke sat down next to me, "Your more beautiful." he complimented. I blushed and looked away causing him to laugh, "Don't be embarassed cutie." he said while pulling me into his lap. I hid my face in his chest to hide my blush, "You're such a flirt." I teased. He chuckled and held my waist, "It's because I love you." he whispered in my ear. I kissed his cheek, "I love you too."

~End of Flashback~

I looked up to see the moon was out. I felt Miki shift inside of me, 'It's a full moon.' she told me. I sighed and pulled up my bingo book, "Let's get this over with."

Sasuke's POV

I smirked and walked away from Orochimaru's, now lifeless, body. Kabuto looked at me, "Which one are you?" he asked. I smirked, "Who do you think?" I asked over my shoulder. His eyes went wide as he ran inside. I went to the experiment rooms, "Your here. That means Orochimaru is dead?" a voice asked. I nodded, "Yeah, and I'll let you out now." I said slashing one of the experiment tanks open. 

Suigetsu got out of the water, "Ah, thanks Sasuke" he said while stretching. I looked at him, "Suigetsu. Come with me, I need your help." I said. Suigetsu got behind me and put his fingers on my temple, "I think you misread our relationship. I do not belong to you, so I don't have to follow you. You released me on your own will." he said. He laughed and walked off, "I'm a free man!" he yelled. I closed my eyes, "That's unfortunate." I said walking out. 

"Your team killed my sempai, Zabuza-san, wasn't it?" Suigetsu asked, swimming around in a puddle. I didn't reply, "Let's make a deal. I get Zabuza's sword and I'll join you." he said. I sighed, "Put some clothes on."

We walked to the Hidden Mist Village and I stopped at the bridge. "The Great Uzumaki Bridge? Didn't Orochimaru have an Uzumaki? I think it was a girl... what was her name... Mika? Mellisa?" he asked while walking into a yogurt shop. We sat down and immediately girls started crowding me. I didn't show any emotion as they fawned over me. I internally groaned, the only girl I want near me is Moe. Suigetsu jumped up in his seat, "Ah ha! I remember now! Moe was her name, and if I remember correctly, wasn't she your girlfriend?" he asked me with a smirk. I closed my eyes, "We're still dating baka." I said. 

He looked at me shocked, "What? Really?" he asked. I smirked and nodded. He finished his yogurt and walked to the castle in the forest. I waited for Suigetsu to get the sword before going up the stairs to retrieve him. "Alright we can go now Sasuke." Suigetsu said. The guy gasped at my name, "S-sasuke? The Sasuke who killed Orochimaru?" he asked. We were out of the castle when it started coming down, "Man your famous all the way over here." Suigetsu laughed. 

We started walking down a trail when I felt a familiar chakra nearby. My eyes widened, "Suigetsu, wait her." I ordered before running into the woods. My heart started beating faster as I got closer to the chakra source.  I stopped outside a small cabin; I took a deep breath and knocked on the door softly. I heard footsteps come to the door and my heart was pounding against my chest. The door started to open and I felt my heart stop.

It was Moe, standing in front of me. Her eyes widened, "S-sasuke? Is that you?" she asked. I smiled, "Hey Moe." I said as I pulled her into a hug. She hugged me back and I felt her arms snake around my waist, "I missed you, duckbutt." she said snuggling into my chest. I put my face into her hair, "I miss you too, baka." I heard her chuckle and she looked up at me. I leant down to kiss her when we heard someone clear their throat behind us. "So this is the Great Moe Uzumaki?" I heard Suigestsu say. I groaned and turned around with Moe at my side, "Go away." I said to him. He laughed and walked away, "Who was that?" Moe asked. I sighed, "Suigetsu. He's apart of my new team." I told her. She looked at me and smirked, "The Great Sasuke Uchiha, working with other people? Hell must be frozen." she said sarcasticly. I chuckled and kissed her softly. I pulled back and looked at her, "I want you to come with me." I told her. She looked at me shocked and looked down a little bit. She thought about it for a second before looking up at me...
