Chapter 2: Naruto's Ninja Way

Here's another chapter for you guys~! Sorry if I'm not updating as much as I used to but school's almost over for me :D A few more weeks and I'm done! Anyway enough about me, enjoy~!

Naruto's POV

Granny is calling all of Team Kakashi to her place, apparently she has important information for us. I was sleeping and was still tired. I yawned as I walked into her office, "What's so important Granny?" I asked. Team Kakashi looked at me, "Sasuke has killed Orochimaru." Granny said. My eyes widened and grinned, "I knew Sasuke wouldn't let that pedo take his body. So does that mean that he's coming back?" I asked. They looked down and Granny shook her head, "No. He still has something he wants to do." she said rolling a scroll up. I looked down, 'Itachi Uchiha.' I clenched my fist. "A reliable source says that he's found your sister Naruto. They are currently working together." Granny said. I looked up shocked, "Moe? She's with him?" I asked. She nodded and handed Kakashi-sensei a scroll, "That's your mission today. You are to find them, and bring them back." she said. I looked at her and nodded, "You can count on me Granny, believe it." I said running out of her office. I stopped a little outside of the Hokage's mansion; I turned to look at the Hokage Mountain and looked up determinedly, 'Watch me.'

Kakashi's POV

"Are you sure about this, Tsunade-sama?" I asked her. She looked out the window at the village, "If anyone can bring those two back it's Naruto." She said determinedly. I sighed and nodded, "I guess you're right." I said walking to the door. Tsunade-sama looked at me seriously, "Watch Naruto. Moe is with the Akatsuki, I don't think she cares that Naruto is her brother anymore." She told me. I nodded and opened the door, taking my leave. I walked up to the gates to see my team waiting for me, "Let's go." I said running out of Konoha. They nodded and ran behind me, "Wait for me Moe." I heard Naruto say. I turned my head to look at him, "We'll save her Naruto. You need to be careful though, she's a member of Akatsuki now which makes her dangerous." I told him. He nodded, "I know."

Naruto's POV

It's been a few days since we left Konoha for the mission. I pulled out a picture from my pocket and looked at it sadly. I laid in the grass and looked at the picture; It was on our birthday, one of the happiest days of my life. Moe's smiling brightly while I'm giving her a side hug, I miss those days. I sighed and looked at the stars, memories flooding through my mind. I felt a lone tear fall from my face and I let it slip from my cheek onto the grass. "I wish I could switch roles with you Moe." I said to myself. I heard footsteps walk next to me and I looked over to see Sakura-chan walking towards me. She sat next to me, "Hey, you okay?" she asked softly. I looked at the picture again and shook my head, "Not really Sakura-chan." I said handing her the picture. She took the picture and looked at it, "This was on your guy's birthday wasn't it?" she asked. I nodded and stared at one of the stars in the sky, "Sakura-chan, it really hurts. Right here." I said touching were my heart is. She looked at me sadly, "I know Naruto, it must suck. It'll get better I promise, we'll bring Moe and Sasuke back to the village and be happy again." She told me. I looked over at her with tears in my eyes, "Do you really think so Sakura-chan?" I asked her sadly. It's not like me to doubt myself, but I feel like Moe's so far away from me. I wonder if I'll even be able to bring her back. "I know so Naruto. It's late, you should get some sleep." She said walking back into her tent. I sighed and shuffled into my sleeping bag, "I will bring you back Moe." I said drifting off to sleep.

Moe's POV

I watched Naruto fall asleep and I sighed, leaning against the tree. "Persistent as always." I muttered. I pulled out the same picture he had and looked at it. I missed Konoha. I hate to admit it, but there are things I miss from there. I miss the scent of instant ramen in the morning or my goofy brothers grin welcoming me home everyday. I miss talking to Tsunade, Kakashi and all my other sensei's. I sighed and started wondering what my life would have been like if I stayed in Konoha. I turned and grabbed Kakashi's wrist before he could plunge his kunai into my back, "There's no need for violence." I said to him. He pulled his wrist away and eyed me suspiciously, "Why are you here?" he asked me. I shrugged, "I felt your guy's chakra and decided to take a look." I said looking down at Naruto. Kakashi took a defensive position, "You can't have Naruto." he said holding his kunai out. I glanced over to him, "And here I thought you were smart. I may be an evil, bloodthirsty S-rank criminal Kakashi. But I'm not a family killer." I told him with a straight face. He looked at me shocked, "What do you mean?" he asked me. I sighed and leaned back against the tree, "Fucking Konoha. I miss it like hell. I don't want to, but I do." I told him truthfully. He sat down next to me, "Then why don't you come back to us Moe? We all miss you." he told me. I looked down at the grass, "I can't. Not after everything I've done." I told him, "Besides I can't just leave my family Kakashi" I told him. He looked at me, "We don't hold any grudges Moe, and do you really consider those criminals family?" he asked. I looked at him upset, "Do not talk about them like that. You don't know shit about them, and if you speak badly about them in my presence again... I will kill you." I said deadly making Kakashi flinch. He looked down, "I'm sorry, I didn't know how close you've become with them." he said to me. I nodded, "It's okay, coming from your position I guess I don't blame you for disliking them." I said standing up. Kakashi watched my every move as I stood up fully, overlooking their camp.. I looked at Naruto's sleeping figure, "Do me a favor Kakashi." I said to him, not looking away from my brother. "Tell Naruto I'm sorry. If things had been different, maybe I would've stayed." Kakashi nodded sadly, knowing that I was about to leave, "It's not too late Moe, you can still come back to us." He said convincingly. I sighed and looked at the stars, "Maybe one day Kakashi... Maybe." I said as I disappeared into the night.

Kakashi's POV

I sighed as I jumped back down and walked to the camp. I sat down by the fire and stared into it, thinking a out the confession Moe had told me earlier. 'Fucking Konoha. I miss it like hell. I don't want to, but I do.'  I looked up at the stars, "Obito, Rin, Sensei... help me." I said silently. "Kakashi-sensei?" I heard a tired voice. I looked down and saw Naruto waking up, "Is something wrong?" He asked me. I shook my head, "Just thinking." I replied. He sat up and looked at his lap sadly, "Can I ask you something Kakashi-sensei?" He asked, not looking up at me. I nodded and waited for his question. "Do you think we'll be able to bring back Moe... Or Sasuke?" He asked, letting tears fall from his face. I looked back up at the stars for a whole, taking a deep breath. "I think there's hope for Moe and Sasuke. I think that deep down, they really want to come back to us Naruto. They just need to see that we still love them and we want them to come back." I said looking at the stars. Naruto looked up at me, "What if we can't?" He asked. I looked at him, "That doesn't sounds like the Naruto Uzumaki I know." I said. He looked down, "I know Moe's with the Akatsuki, Kakashi-sensei. If they're super strong ninjas, she must be extremely strong too. Moe doesn't like to be weak so I know she's been training hard these last couple of years. Same with Sasuke. I just don't know anymore..." He trailed off. I sighed, "If you believe you can bring them back, the you will. You have to think positive. We'll defiantly bring them back." I told him. Naruto looked up at me and grinned, "You're right Kakashi-sensei! Thanks." I nodded and lent against the tree behind me, "You should rest up, we have a long day tomorrow." I told him. He yawned ad nodded, laying back down into his sleeping bag. I sighed and saw the picture Naruto was holding on the ground. I picked it up and looked at it. 'Maybe one day Kakashi... Maybe'
