Kiara pov: "We're here..." I said softly as we approached our destination. It was a gigantic lab that looked pretty sleek and modern.
Amelia walked in front of us, clearing her throat. "Remember, our mission is to capture Magni, not execute him!" She told us, and we nodded.
"Who made you the leader?" Gura asked
"All I did was brief the mission that isn't leading and remind you of it so we don't mess up!" Amelia said
Calli pondered, "So we can put him to an inch of his life, right?" She asked
"Yup, Mumei only said we can't kill him because we want Reine to do the honors so we can injure him as badly as we want!" I explained
"Last time Moona-senpai had the honors, right?" Ina asked
"Last time she did it without asking..." Amelia sighed before hacking into the door and forcing it to open so we could enter.
"Do you need to understand that he hurt Pekora-senpai? If he enslaved me like he did Pekora-senpai, you would have killed him too without getting permission, right?" Gura questions
"I would..." Ame replied softly.
"Then we are in the same boat!" Gura said
"Come on, we need to go inside," Ina states.
"Got it!" Amelia and Gura say it in unison.
As we all entered, we were met by creatures. "Really?" Calli sighed as she summoned Ricky. After that, all the beasts suddenly fused into one giant creature.
"The fuck!?" I said
"I got this," Ina calmly said.
She summoned her tentacles and bashed them into the creature. They were knocked back, but no damage was done to them. They launched at Ina with blinding speed, "Reverse!!!" Amelia yelled, reversing the beast to where it stood before so Ina wouldn't get hit.
Gura and I darted forward. "Let's go!" Gura yelled She pointed her trident and shot a water shark out, and I shot a fire bird out of my sword. The water shark hit first, drenching the beast, and then the fire hit it. There was a massive explosion as steam emanated from it.
Calli swung her scythe, shooting out sharp wind that sliced the monster all over, pushing it back as well. However, the monster quickly regenerated from our attacks.
"Well, sh*t, dude..." Calli mumbled
"Calli, can you amplify my fire?" I asked
"Kiara, you know your Boi can do that!" Calli said to me. I glared at her and sighed, smiling a bit at how she talks. It is cute.
I sent a giant fire wave at the monster, and Calli amplified it with wind. It smashed into the monster, incinerating it, but with only a little bit left, it healed itself.
"Damn it..." Calli growled
"We need to be able to amplify the damage more!" Ina comments
"I could fast-forward it, but that might not be enough since it is just speeding up the process!" Amelia said
"We just need to be able to kill this thing in one shot!" I mention
"But how?" Ina asked.
I took a deep breath and engulfed my body with fire, creating a black fantasy-style warrior outfit with various elements in blue. Everyone looked at me confused since I had this armor when I came back from ashes.
"Does that make you stronger, babe?" Calli asked me I blushed at her calling me babe.
"It does, Calwi," I giggle.
"Show me your power!" Calli said
"Got it!" I yelled
I pointed my sword, blasting the monster with fire as hot as I could make. The fire was so hot it turned white, and I began to incinerate the monster. "Fast forward!" Amelia shouted so the fire would burn it faster.
"Grrrrraughhh!" The monster snarled the first time it made a noise since this fight began; however, it was regenerating faster than I could burn it.
"I'll help!" Ina said as she sent her tentacles and pushed the monster's body into the fire more and more, letting it get incinerated faster.
"I'll help too!" Calli said as she fanned the flames faster and faster.
Gura sat there, not being able to help with water, but she threw her torch, adding to the wind pressure, and after that, the monster's body was completely gone, or so we thought. Without warning, the monster came back out of nowhere, and we looked on in annoyance.
"Come on!!!" We all shouted.
"Die," it said.
It launched at us and close-lined Ina and Gura at the same time before we could react.
"Eh!?" Amelia said in confusion that before she suddenly was hit, she was sent flying, hudling out of the building entirely.
"Dieeeeeeee!" I screamed, suddenly shooting a beam out of its mouth. Calli jumped back, but I got in front of her, pulling my shield up and blocking the attack. Despite the fact that I blocked the beam, the explosion that happened afterwards engulfed the two of us.
"Mission complete... three rare creatures captured!" The monster growled and grew in size, walking over to me and picking me up, squeezing the life out of me.
"Augh...!" I cried out.
Calli came in from the side, looping off the creature's arm, and it instantly decayed as soon as it came off.
"I see. You know what it means to die!" Calli laughed demonically.
"Wha-" the monster yelled.
"We went easy on you, but now that you hurt Kiara, I won't hold back; I won't let you live." Calli snarled
"Go ahead, Calli, end it." Gura said as she and Ina reverted back to their normal states.
"Yeah, you can end it," Amelia said while putting her time dagger away. All of us held back and were ready to kill this thing now, but Calli decided she would do it since it hurt me.
"My clothes are damaged now, and even though they regenerate, I'm still angry." Calli growled
"You can change after!" I told her.
"Yeah, I can..." She laughed.
It was time to see Calli annihilate this monster.
