Luca and Keiton walk through the misty cold forest as it lays still, no sound or movement in sight. Luca clings to his arm half asleep regretting her decision of leaving without sleep. They walk further along the forest floor light beams down on her eyes making her squint. She feels a faint aura up ahead raw aura meaning physical strength. She has her guard up but doesn't break her tranquil state in order to not alarm Keiton. They see a big strong masculine silhouette not far from them as they get closer and peer through the thick mist they see a Machoke. He was carrying a bag a small brown sack that had noticeable bulge, it was obviously carrying a lot of stuff. Keiton approached the Machoke he turned around giving a stare before throwing his bag on the ground opening it. Luca flexed her body ready to pounce and protect Keiton but she relaxed as she saw him unravel his bag to show stones, Mega stones! He saw Luca and was taken aback from her sheer height. He smiles nervously as his body screams at him to run to escape but he sees her behind such a small man. He sees her cling to Keiton's arm in a loving way but her body still seemed fierce and ready to attack. The Machoke kept his head down and picked up an orange stone with red and blue swirls in it. The only one of its kind amoung the pile of stones of all shapes and colors. The Machoke was scared to speak knowing that one wrong move might be death by the Lucario girl standing before him. In reality she was tired and holding onto Keiton after finding out the Machoke wasn't a threat at all.
(Keiton) He's giddy with excitement and his pupils practically turned to stars. No way, you actually have it didn't think we would bump into you this close to the next city yet here we are. Do you have any mega ring pieces as well?
(Machoke) He speaks with caution knowing that danger is near in his mind. N-no I don't have those only the stones. All that's left is lopunnite, lucarionite, incininite, and some others but I don't know the names. W-would you care to buy these? Each stone is 2 thousand each.
(Luca) She whispers in Keiton's ear. the price isn't bad but the other stones he mentioned can be used for cini and bon bon. if we buy all 6 that will be 12 thousand dollars! that's all our money besides the money you originally had. that leaves us with 200 dollars, i'll back you up on this since it's it can benefit us.
(Keiton) He scratches her behind the ear showing her he understands. i know i hear what you're saying but we only need one lucarionite remember? we would have to make our trip at the city of aura a short one then or at least make some money. this will benefit us a lot but we need a mega ring, if we get the stones we won't worry about it later. i think we should buy them he even has incininite which is a new one. i'm willing to gamble on this he seems honest
(Luca) if he tricks us i'll hunt him down.
(Keiton) He tries to ignore that last part as he stops whispering to her and speaks to the Machoke. Can we get the first three you mentioned but we only need one lucarionite. "One lucarionite?" He says with confusion. Yea we already have one stone so we don't have need for the other one.
(Machoke) If i sell one stone then the other one won't be as valuable. It's better to sell them in pairs than one stone at a time, i mined these and spent a while finding them. If you can buy the one stone a little extra than a thousand then i can agree. He notices Luca staring at him, shivers went down his spine as he felt in danger. On second thought I'll do it for a thousand since you're buying the other 2. So all of it will be 9 thousand dollars.
Keiton hands him the cash as he gets the stones in return. The Machoke packs up his stuff and heads to the opposite direction. The Machoke felt cheated but showered in relief as he got away from the lucario.
(Machoke) How the bell does a lucario that threatening get caught by a pip-squeak like that. At least I managed to get away from them, though it's odd I never seen one of them treat a human like that. It's like she loves him but that can't happen lucario's don't mate with humans. Might be me overthinking it just glad to be away from them. That giant lucario made me think I'll die by her hand, how the fuck did she become the partner of a toothpick.
