Chrono x Tokoha : The Challenges

Turn 17: Final Warning

It has been months ever since Tokoha head back to Paris. Which means the graduation has come even nearer. Tokoha has final graduated from senior high school in Paris with a very respectable grades...

Not only that, she'll also participate in Euro League soon. Her journey on becoming a pro fighter will soon begin. And she's very proud of what she has achieved...

Jaime: "You really are amazing Tokoha! Graduated from a foreign school and then at the same time entering the Euro League."

Tokoha: "Hehe, thank you Jaime."

Akane: "I'm really proud of you and I'm sure your family will be as well."

Speaking about her family, Tokoha hasn't really reconciled with her father. Which means they're still in quite a bad terms. Akane and Jaime know this as well...

Tokoha: (Sad) "O-Oh... right."

Akane: "You still haven't talk to him?"

Tokoha: "Not yet... we're still on bad terms after what happened to Chrono. I only talk to my mother and big brother."

Akane: (Holding her shoulder) "Listen to me Tokoha, you must reconcile with him. He's your father afterall, he must have had his reason..."

Tokoha: "But his reason is just so lame! He doesn't really know Chrono that well but already jumping to a conclusion..."

Jaime: "Amigo..."

Akane: "I understand your frustration... I'm sorry for bringing that up. Today is a very special day for you so I guess it's better if we didn't bring that up again."

Akane felt a bit guilty after bringing up those problems. She remembered when Tokoha is not in the mood coming back to Paris because of that incident...

But she always makes sure to lift her spirit up because she has her own goals that she wanted to reach...

Akane: "By the way, you'll have your flight back to Japan in 3 days right?"

Tokoha: Oh right! I already packed all of my things. I really can't wait to go back to Japan and meet all my friends once again! Especially him..."

She has miss him so much. Even though they always have video call numerous times, but she didn't know why he always cuts it short. Like average only 5-10 minutes. He said that he's a bit busy preparing for the final exam so he couldn't call her for too long...

Which she understands of course, but his personality has changed quite a bit. It's not as bad as the old Chrono but it's not as good as the best version of himself either. It's just weird and a bit plain at times...

Tokoka once asked him about his future plan. He will for sure enter college but everytime she asked him, his answer is always the same. He has a lot of options and still thinking about the best one...

At Chrono's Apartment

Mikuru: "Have you prepared all the things that you'll need there?"

Chrono: "Mikuru... it's still 2 months before I go there. No need to rush such things."

Mikuru: "I know, but... this is a different country we're talking about."

Chrono: "Don't worry, once the graduation ceremony is done I'll take care of those things later on."

Mikuru: "Okay then, let me know if you need any help."

Chrono: "Sure thing!"

Chrono has decided that he will continue his journey on becoming an astronaut in America. He will go to the same campus as Aichi...
