Yeah, I'm 18 going onto 45
Still got energy that goes for miles
Didn't make a mistake today
But I did look for different DNA
A little Peter Pan and some imagination
Can spark curiosity but not kill the cat
Didn't confuse the dark for the light
But I did look for people better on my mental health
Yes, I still own the childhood wonder
They were confused because they thought
I was irrelevant just like the next man
Yes, I still dance with a certain attitude
And I have a never grow up point of view
Because I never give up the mentality of grown but young
Each generation has a new point of view
But you should know that I won't act my age
Each person has an opinion beyond imagination

Courage is the stronghold of curiosity
You get to be who you choose to be
The reflection of me is so outdated today
Expired right on the day that it was labeled
It doesn't matter if you're afraid of the boogeyman
Because anybody will be and anybody can
The man who hides behind the shadows is also afraid
He just wants to find a friend in you
Yes, I still own my grown up maturity
