I woke up feeling hungry. As I sat up, my stomach growled in a low grumble intensifying my hunger. " Just great," I muttered, as the door opened to reveal a guard. I quickly took my chance and pinned the guard down by jabbing right into him. We both fell to the ground with a thud. I then made my escape, running immediately when reinforcements arrived. " Getting her!" shouted one of the guards as he used metal bending to shoot a metal plate at me which hit my arm but missed me by an inch.

" Sorry, but you majnuun people should leave me alone and try better," I replied as I flew out of the facility and escaped. A sense of tension was evident in the air as I examined the view from below hoping not to run into "Majnuuna" again. The beautiful mountains and forests reminded me of Jabal Elnimr, my village in Lebanon which had a pine forest, rugged mountains, and stunning villas. Jabal Elnimr meant Mountain of the Tigers since my village was once home to tigers before they went extinct according to the media that is. But in reality, the tigers were hidden by my great great great grandfather Yeshua, who feared that the colonizers would destroy the natural landscape of Jabal Elnimr.

That evening:

As the sun gave off a lovely reddish-golden hue across the sky. I looked down and noticed that I was finally in Republic City. I saw Asami's factory and sat on the roof feeling exhausted from flying all day. I relaxed as I laid back on the tiles of the roof. I smiled as I looked at the sky above me and noticed that the stars were coming out.

I sighed as I relaxed and began singing my all-time favorite song by Kazem Al Saher, not knowing that Meelo, Jinora, Shireen, and Lin had heard me.
