"This place is amazing, Heiress" he said, his hand finding mine as we pulled into the driveway. "And the name... it's like it was meant for us. The old man left us another mystery" he said.
We unlocked the door and we stepped into a vast living room with antique furniture and beautiful tapestries. The air was heavy with the scent of salt and old books.
"Let's go explore," he said, his eyes already darting around the room in search of hidden treasures and clues. We wandered through the corridors for hours.
Finally, I said "This could take a while. How about a break?'"
Avery said yes and we got into our swimsuits and walked towards MY PRIVATE BEACH.
"Race you to the water!" Jameson shouted, taking off in a sprint towards the ocean. I laughed, chasing after me, feeling the warmth of the sun.
