In the Pomefiore Dorm hallway...

Epel is walking down the hall with the Tsum in his arms. He's still pretty upset that he got in trouble.

Epel huffs, "Vil scolded me 'cause of you."

Epel Tsum hops up and down in response.

Epel glares at the Tsum, "I don't know what you're saying, but you're making it pretty clear you don't feel bad at all. Vil said that lots of creatures become our companions without the aid of language... But I don't see a chance of that happening with this guy."

Soon, a Pomefiore Student walks by and calls out, "Oh, hey Epel!"

"Uh... Yeah, it is," Epel says.

Then the Pomefiore Student looks at the Tsum, "Aww, it's so cute, just like a stuffed animal. And it's got big doe eyes like you. It's so teensy-weensy and gentle! Can I hold it?"

Hearing the word 'cute' Epel knows it's bad news.

Epel tries to warn the student, "Uh-oh! You can't say stuff like that about this guy, or―"

But the Epel Tsum tackles the student and knocks him into the ground.

The student cries out, "WHAT THE WHAT?! It just did a total about-face and jumped at me!"

"There it goes... It doesn't take kindly to being called cute," Epel says.

The Epel Tsum begins bouncing up and down on the student.

The student yelps, "Eeek! Cut it out! How can something so cute be so violent?!"

And the Epel Tsum hits the other student, twice.

Epel walks up to the Tsum, "Now, come on, Tsum! If you fly at people head-on like that..." And soon calls out, "You ain't never gonna be able to take someone bigger 'n you! You gotta be agile! Dart under his legs and get behind him, then slam 'im with a full-body tackle!"

That leaves the student flabbergasted, "Epel, why are you encouraging it?! Stop this adorable, vicious creature!"

"That's what you get for judgin' a book by its cover. Me'n the Tsum ain't got no time for that!" Rpel says.

Then encourages the Tsum, "Get 'em Tsum! Tackle him from the right, then swerve left to dodge the counter!"

And the Epel Tsum continues attacking the student.

Unknown to Epel, Vil and Rook are watching what is transpiring.

"Are you sure there's a language barrier? They seem perfectly in sync to me," Vil questions.

Rook happily says, "Oh, bravo! They resemble a seasoned boxer and trainer duo. I can FEEL the burning bond between them. I was worried when I heard the yelling, but now I'm grateful to have witnessed Epel and his Tsum fighting as a team!"

"Their newfound camaraderie is all well and good, but their conduct is atrocious for Pomefiore students. We'll be having a chat later," Vil says.

Epel smiles and says, "That'll teach ya to think twice before assumin' we're harmless!"

Epel Tsum jumps happily.
