Both men sat down in a relaxed position making themselves comfortable and trying to intimidate the other as they stared in each others eyes.
They could hear the gentle sound of water moving as she got settled in the bathtub.
And they sat silent for awhile listening to her scrub her body and then some less gentle water as she pressed herself fully into the murky brown water.
Jace broke the silence, the question violent in his throat as he thought about what he might do to whoever hurt her.
"Who was it?" He asked begrudgingly.
He watched as the Alpha grit his teeth, and then crossed his leg.
"That's a private matter." The Alpha said trying to keep his calm. She was none of this vampires concern.
Jace's jaw tensed. He knew he'd find out eventually, he just couldn't stand the thought of not being the one to punish them. Who knows what the schools rules were, would it be justice enough?
"What will you do to them?" Jace asked again perusing his questions even with the ever rising tension.
"The school will handle it as usual. Maybe you should read up on the school rules while you wait." Alpha Orion said, giving a thin lipped smile.
Jace sighed, leaning backwards on his respective couch.

I got out of the bath once I was sure all of the dirt turned mud was gone.
I didn't have the strength to clean the tub right now so I left the dirty mess for tomorrow's Emery.
I put on the large sweats Jace gave me loose and comfy, and then a brown hoodie that was soft and fuzzy on the inside.
I opened the door, and both heads snapped to me.
Jace stood up first and helped me to the couch.
I leaned against him rubbing my cheek on his chest to show my appreciation.
Jace got us to the couch and let me get comfy under my blankets and then sat down beside me holding my feet over the covers.
Alpha Orion just watched until I faced him.
"I'll check in on you later. I have to talk to the other party involved." He said a glare on his face.
I gave a nod while Jace's jaw tensed.
"He's not going to do anything about it." Jace hissed.
"How do you know that? He might." I sighed stretching my legs out over his lap.
"I know he won't. He's the headmaster and this is a she said she said situation. No evidence." He growled gently rubbing my calves.
"Maybe he will. I'm his mate he wouldn't let someone do this to me and get away with it right?" I asked.
