Let's just start this out by saying you didn't think this was your fault. You're just a silent, smart, shy student that only ever wanted to help out the student council. This situation was caused by the person you claim only knows how to bring you pain: Oikawa Toru.

You had never gotten yourself into trouble before. You always just silently did whatever you could to be a good student. You always helped out the student council back in middle school, at Kitagawa Daiichi.

That's where you met him, the man that "ruined" your life. He caused all your problems, he destroyed everything. You life was just fine until he came in that fateful day.

That very moment he stepped inside the student council room at Kitagawa Daiichi, everything changed and your life was turned upside down. You remember every detail of what happened that day, the events being burned into your mind... haunting your memories.

"L/n?"

"Yes, Ichijo-senpai?"

He smiled - the Kitagawa Daiichi middle school student council president: Ichijo Kazuma, a second year. Only one year older than you. "Just call me Kazuma."

You smiled back at him. "Then just call me Y/n, Kazuma."

"Ok, Y/n. Can you help me with some of this? No one else is able to come help, and it's a bit too much for me."

You nodded, sitting down next to him at the desk. "I'm always here to help."

You blushed while looking at him, your first crush: Ichijo Kazuma. You two have known each other for a long time and are quite close, despite him being a year older than you. You've always followed him around, and helped him any way you could. You love doing it, and you want to always be able to stand by his side, and help him with everything.

He appreciates everything you do. Though, it came as a surprise to you when became the student council president in his second year. What surprised you even more was that he had asked you to be his vice president, to which you declined. You had told him that you didn't really wan to be a part of any clubs, but you still went to the student council room often and helped him out. You ended up earning the role of his assistant. This was what you decided you wanted to do. And you to want to keep doing it for as long as you can.

Kazuma sighed. "Y/n, why'd you wanna be my assistant?"

"Hm? That's because I wanna help you."

"I understand that, but you need to live your own life. You can't always just lived like this. There might be a day where I'm not gonna be around you and I'm worried for how you'll be able to handle things when that time comes."

"I know." You looked down. "It's gonna be different in high school. In high school, I'll do my own thing and won't rely on you. I'll even join a club or the student council for real."

Kazuma looked at you. "Promise me. And look me in the eye when you do."

You looked up, meeting his gaze. "I promise that when I go to high school, I'll live my own life. I'll join a club and make friends, and not rely on you for everything."

He smiled, patting your head. "Good. I trust that you'll be great with whatever you do. Oh, right, let's get back to work."

You nodded, and turned back to the stack of paperwork in front of you. You started working, a comfortable silence filling the room.

Suddenly, the door burst open. A tall boy with fair skin, chocolatey brown eyes, and matching fluffy brown hair walked in. He walks into the room, closing the door behind him.
