Suddenly Friends?!

"No."

Oikawa pouted. "Why not?"

You shook your head. "Are you stupid?"

"Mean, Y/n-chan!"

Iwaizumi hit him upside his head. "Shut up, Shittykawa! You're lucky L/n is looking out for you."

You chuckled, watching as the attention shifted off of you while Iwaizumi and Oikawa bickered like children. While they also used profane words, mainly Iwaizumi.

Kunimi leaned closer to you. "Since when did you and Oikawa-san suddenly become friends?"

You sighed, looking at the boy beside you. "Since it was the only way we could get along. He felt guilty, and really wants to make things better between the two of us. I just didn't like the idea of causing the team to weaken because I couldn't get along with their captain, and end up hurting him."

"I know that's not the full truth, but imma just smile and nod." Kunimi, who didn't believe your explanation at all, just put on a small smile and started nodding."

You laughed. "Stop that! You look weird!"

Oikawa was in awe, rarely hearing or seeing you laugh before. "Oh my-! IWA-CHAN! GUYS! DO YOU SEE THAT?! Y/N-CHAN IS SMILING AND LAUGHING!"

You looked at Oikawa, still laughing. "Yes, I can smile and laugh."

Oikawa smiled brightly. "You should do that more often, princess. You look so good with a smile on your face." He winked.

You giggled. "We'll see."

The whole team stared at you two in shock. Kunimi was the first to comment. "And now you're not complaining about his flirting? I don't know you."

You laughed harder. "Kunimi! People change."

"I don't believe that. Go back to being the 'student council pet', L/n. This doesn't suit you."

You lightly smacked his arm. "Rude. Maybe I'll just lock you and Tobio in a room to talk together for an hour."

His eyes widened. "You monster! She's trying to torture me!"

The whole team burst out into laughter. You all sat at the table laughing, instead of eating. You were the first to stop laughing, and went back to eating your bento. Then, you thought of asking Kageyama if his bento had turned out well.

You: Tobiooooo, how's your bento?

Kageyama: It's really good, thanks for making it

You: Of course, we're family

"Who ya texting?" Kunimi had seen you texting and had grown curious.

"Nosy." You turned and looked at the boy, who was trying to look over your shoulder while the other guys were settling down. "Tobio."

That caught Oikawa's attention. "What about Tobio-chan?" He held a frown on his usually attractive face.

"Oh, I'm texting him."

"Why?" Oikawa felt jealousy already surging through him.

"He's my cousin." You answered as if it was the most obvious thing ever.

Kunimi rolled his eyes, disrespecting his captain. "Duh. I thought you were supposed to be smart, Oikawa."

The captain pouted. "I know he's your cousin, but you live with him. You'll see him at home. Why text him in the middle of the day?"

You shrugged, staring at your bento. "I wanted to know if his bento was good."

"Why?" Oikawa tilted his head to the side, curiosity filling his eyes.
