LEVI

I'm pulled out of my thoughts by what must be a storm unleashing on my door. And trust me, I have many thoughts. More than usual.

I'm fucking getting married.

To someone I don't even know.

There is no other way of putting it.

The storm continues at my door, and I really contemplate it could be Yvonne. However, she's in the room next door, getting ready to head to the chapel with me.

Sighing, I walk over to the door and open it.

I remain frozen as I see who stands before it.

"You fucking asshole", Aria says as she sees me. She's in a pink glittery dress and heels, her blonde curls in a ponytail, her blue eyes filled with concerns. They relax however as she sees me and she wraps her hands around me, sinking her hand on my shoulder. "Flying your ass over to the other side of the globe to get married and not even caring to mention it to your bestie."

"I'm sorry", I whisper, wrapping my hands around her, pulling her closer. Something about having my bestie with me on this day makes me feel a bit more at ease about it all.

We spend some time just hugging, as if she knew I would need it. As she lets go, a new silhouette appears behind her, and I quickly find myself in another hug. "It's us against the world, bro."

I chuckle at what Lewis said. "Us against the world."

Not knowing what to do with my best friends suddenly popping up in Vegas, I welcome them inside my room. I notice Lewis is wearing a tux, looking fancy, just like his fiancé.

"Where do you think you're going?", I ask them as the two go lounge on my bed.

"To the wedding, duh", she responds, as if it were obvious.

"No one invited you", I mutter.

Lewis scoffs as Aria rolls her eyes. "Wow, geese. Rude much", she mumbles. She then pulls out her phone, a wallpaper of her flashing her engagement ring at the camera while kissing Lewis, I notice, and starts playing a song: "When I wake up", she starts singing to the lyrics. I slap my face, as Lewis starts looking at her like she placed the stars in the sky.

She keeps singing for me, Lewis joining her at one point: "But I would walk 500 miles, and I would walk 500 more."

"You two are crazy", I say, as the girl stands up and takes my hand, trying to convince me to start dancing on the song with her. Lewis is at her phone, as he keeps playing with the volume, making it louder every time the song says "Da da da da".

"Levi Dyer", my bestie begins. "It's your wedding day today. So get up and shake your ass, cause we're here to celebrate."

I really question that statement.

Searching for help in my once morally grey best friend, he only winks at me and smiles at his Sunshine girlfriend. "What she said."

Once again, I hear someone knock at the door. I honestly think it's security, suing us for the loud volume and two maniacs inside the room, but as I open it, I spot Yvonne.

Staring at me with her big eyes.

As if I should hold every answer about what's happening today.

And I don't know a thing.

Frozen, I just stare back at her. She's so beautiful. So pure. She hasn't deserved this. Being forced to marry a man she doesn't love.

One, she will fairly probably never love.

"If it ain't the bride to be", Aria jumps in my help and interrupts the creepy silence.

"Aria?!", Yvonne asks surprised, her face visibly lighting up with happiness. Aria has that effect on people.

"Yes, baby", she responds. She comes hug her, the two jumping around like crazy. As they let go, Aria takes hold of YVonne's hand.

I notice Yvonne is ready. A white short dress, one I would have payed a large amount of money to see on her. For my bride is hot. I'm not going to lie.

She's fucking hot.

The hottest.

I wasn't lying when I said I was attracted to her from the first moment I laid eyes on her.

There is something about her that has me always coming back with my eyes to her like a fucking addict.

"Are you ready?", she asks me.

I nod, while making sure the collar of my shirt still sits alright.

"I'll meet you downstairs", Yvonne replies. It's then her and Aria walk away, whispering stuff to each other. I realise Aria is making jokes, trying to help Yvonne lose the nerves.

I feel a hand patting my back, and turn around, going eye to eye with Lewis.

"Are you ready, man?", he asks me.

I shake my head. He chuckles, yet his eyes show understandment.

"Let's do this", he tells me.

I nod and follow him down the hallway.
