"Baby girl, you're not leaving me", I tell Aria. As I made sure Levi was okay this morning, he was breathing evenly and he wasn't throwing up anymore, like he did two times last night, I sent Aria an emergency text to come get me. We went to grab breakfast in town as Lewis and Winnie stayed to watch over Levi. I let them in my room, since I already cleaned it and packed my bags in the morning.
"I'm not", Aria chuckles. We went at a nice brunch place and she's currently taking photos of her pancakes and vanilla latte, while I'm taking ones of my avocado toast and matcha. "We're sitting together on the plane."
"We are?", I ask, a grateful tone hidden in my voice.
"We are", she confirms. She then stops taking pictures and looks at me. I have to snap a picture of her. She looks great. Her hair is straightened and falling down her shoulders, she's wearing a black tube top with some black wavy pants, white sambas with black stripes, and a white sweatshirt knitted around her neck. I'm in my knitted white sweater with black stripes, jeans and UGGs. My hair is up, held together by a white clip.
As we're done taking pictures and posted some stories, she takes a sip from her latte and says: "But, you know, I think you should talk to each other."
"Aria", I let out exhausted.
She only nods encouraging. "I mean, it's clear there is a lot to be said." She takes a first bite, lets out a sound showing just how good her pancakes are, cuts a little bit and almost shoves it down my throat so I can taste it too, then continues: "And it's clear you both want each other."
"I don't", I lie.
Aria gives me a don't bullshit me look.
"Fine. Maybe I want him. But he doesn't want me", I correct.
I get another don't bullshit me look. "Have you even heard him yesterday?"
"He was drunk", I quickly reply. "And he didn't mean it."
"Oh, he was definitely drunk", Aria says. "And he definitely meant that."
"You really think that?", I asks, cheeks blushing.
Aria nods convinced. "I know it."
"But-", I let out.
"Try talking to him", she responds. "Please. Just try." She gives me a look, then asks: "Will you do that?"
"Yeah", I lie.
She seems to bite it.

I was planning on ignoring Levi. Which I successfully managed to do. All the plane flight, we didn't talk. He tried, but I only gave one word answers. Even when he looked, I looked away. Even when we got to the hotel, I got us two separate rooms.
What I hadn't expected was bumping into Levi's hard chest on my way to dinner. A formal dinner party, so I got late trying to straighten my hair to perfection, apply makeup and style my long black dress. I ended up with some black heels, some pearl earrings and bracelet.
Levi puts his hands on my shoulders to give me balance, and tries to find my eyes with his, so that he can look at me. In my soul. "Are you okay?", he asks me worried. His tone is his again. Nothing from the alcohol from last night.
