Dream almost dies in a hole

i wish i had piglin techno as like a pet or something

Dream walked through the nether, frowning. "alright, well, the nearest bastion should be around that way..." he wasn't focusing on the ground, staring at the map in his hands. that was when he heard a crack, and the ground opened up under him. he yelled in pain as his thigh was gashed, his body jamming in between two rocks. pebbles tumbled down on his head as he tried to move, but he couldn't. "HELP!" he called out, shaking. he couldn't tell how long he had stayed down there, and eventually, the blood loss had started getting to him. he leaned his head on the rocks, closing his eyes. then, he heard someone walk nearby, and a murmur of piglin. he looked up, and saw a piglin's snout poking over. "HELP!" he yelled, his voice cracking. the piglin slowly reached out and grabbed Dream's hand, and dream gritted his teeth as his legs were pulled out of the rocks. he was pulled into the piglin's arms, and for a second, he just sat there.

Techno stared at the small human, wide eyed. he had pink cheeks, and brownish hair, but when the human shifted into the light... the human's hair was gold. pure gold. he held the human tight. "are you okay, gold? are you hurt?" The human didn't seem to understand, and he sighed.

Dream slowly got down from techno's arms. "listen uh... piglin, i need to go." the piglin said something else, and dream shook his head, trying to indicate that he didn't understand. "i'll try to find you again, to pay you, okay? but i gotta-" he winced as he put his weight on his bloody legs, beginning to walk away. he felt the piglin grab his arm, and say a word in piglin, staring at Dream. Dream stared back. the piglin's eyes were a vibrant crimson, like two rubies glinting in the light. his breath caught, and the piglin said the word again, and dream recognized it. Gold. The piglin saw him as treasure. Dream blushed, slowly leaning his head forward to press into the piglin's fur. it was probably really dangerous around right now, but right now, he felt like the safest person in the world.
