"Do you want scrambled eggs?" I turn to look at Xander as I cook the bacon on the stove.

"Sure." He yawns as he focuses on whatever's on his phone.

"Okie dokie." I start cracking the eggs into the now hot pan and turn my focus back to the bacon.

"Do you think mom would've killed us if she found out about the other night?" He finally looks up from his phone.

"Uh yeah, I probably wouldn't be alive to be able to cook you eggs right now, and you probably wouldn't be alive to eat them."

We both laugh and he gets up and stretches, making his way over to the cabinet to get out bread to make toast.

I start back on the eggs as I glance over at him.

How the hell am I going to bribe him into not telling mom about having people over tonight.

I clear my throat as I look over at him.

He clearly feels my eyes on him so he turns around to look at me, raising a brow.

"What weirdo?" He asks as he turns back around to put the bread in the toaster.

"Okay so.. Valerie, Jack, and I are hanging out here tonight and we invited a couple other people too. But the thing is there might be a little alcohol involved, just please don't tell mom." I blurt out.

He shrugs, "why would I care? Can I invite a couple guys from the football team?"

I'm slightly shocked, you're meaning to tell me he doesn't care.

Oh shit, he's out of the snitching stage.. War is over.

"Where's my brother and what did you do with him?" I laugh as I start putting the bacon onto two plates.

He laughs a little as he takes the toast out of the toaster, adding it to his plate with the bacon.

"So can I? I'll only invite a few." He says taking a bite of his toast.

"Sure." I shrug as I put the eggs onto our plates, bringing mine over to the island in the dining room.

"Sick." He grabs forks from the drawer, handing me one.

Neither of us waste time digging right in to breakfast.

The entire time we ate it was silent, I wont lie I was starving and by the looks of it Xander was too.

After we finish up I grab our plates and take them to the sink to start washing them, as I'm doing so someone starts banging at the door.

I'm busy with soap suds all over my hands and Xander's doing nothing but sitting on the couch.

"Dude can you get the door." I turn back around to continue washing the plates.

Xander let's out a deep sigh before prying himself off the couch and heading for the door.

He opens it and in comes Valerie with two cases of Twisted teas, a case of Truly's, a bottle of wine, and two bottles of Fireball.

My eyes widen as I look over at a frantic Valerie.

"Xander help me carry this shit to the table for christ sake!"

Xander quickly takes some off the alcohol from her and sets it all down on the counter.

"Valerie what the hell?" I ask as I finish rinsing off the dishes and putting them away before drying my hands.

"Do you guys really need all of this...?" Xander asks, looking between us and over at the mountain of alcohol.
