Goodbye

Eun Byul's POV

I woke up seeing Lay's face just a few centimeters in front of me. His hands was on my waist and mine was resting against his chest.

I couldn't help but to stare at his face. This is the last time I can look at him this close. I brushed his hair as something came into my mind. I know, this will be damn hard but if it's the right thing to do, I have to be strong.

I got up and washed my face before going down to look for grandma. I went to her room and saw a piece of note.

Eun Byullie, I'm sorry for not waking you up this morning.. I am now at my friend's house.. I might be home at night.. But tell Lay to come over for dinner. He could accompany you. Saranghae~

Good. Makes things easier. I went back to my room where Lay was still fast asleep. He must have slept late yesterday. I took out a white piece of paper and took my black pen.

Lay's POV

The sun shines right into my eyes and woke me up. I didn't see Eun Byul beside me anymore. She must have woken up. I got up and went to the toilet to wash my face. As I was about to go down, I saw a folded paper taped at the door.

I took it and opened it.

Hello, handsome prince Yixing :)

Aigoo~ Didn't you slept yesterday? You were sleeping soundly just now. Haha :) :)

Xinggie, listen..

I'm not at home. I went to a place where you can't find me. I know this is kind of a cold thing for me to do but, I also know I cannot watch you walk out of the house.. I'm not strong enough. I won't be back until you're gone.

Lay, I hope you live a good life. Please be nice to your future wife. I'm sure she's a very nice person, trust me.. Don't you ever mention about me in front of her. I also hope that you can just forget about me.

I won't be around for a while.. In the mean time, try to settle down.. I'm going to be fine. Take care of my friends. Make sure you make as many good memories as possible.

When I come home, I'm expecting you to have cute babies and be the happiest family. Of course, I'm not sure if I can pay you a visit but, I'll send my regards.

I dropped the letter on the floor and tears fell down to my cheeks. She's gone. There's no more Eun Byul in my life. I guess I have to move on.

I sat back at her bed and gave my last look at this favourite room of hers. The place where she is comfortable the most. I glanced at the brown colored bear at the edge of her bed.

"Take care, Eun Byullie.." I said before walking out of the house with a heavy heart.

She's gone..
