It's Over

Gyu Won's POV

I watched as Eun Byul walk in front of me. Hmph. What am I gonna do? Stab her. I hid the knife in my pocket as I walked to her.

"Eun Byul-ssi.." I called. "Oh, Gyu Won ssi.." She smiled at me. "What are you doing here alone?" I asked.

"Anyi.. I just.. Wanted to go for a walk.." She said. "Ah.. Let's walk together.." I said. She smiled and nodded.

We walked further from the people. "So.. Are you enjoying your holiday?" I asked. "Nae.. It's so relaxing.. It's been a long time since I get to enjoy my time like this.." She said.

She kept on checking her phone. Hoping for Lay to come huh? Never.

"Eun Byul-ssi.. Were you.. Were you mad when Lay got married?" I asked. "Me? No.. I was never angry.. Of course, I was sad and stuff but I accept it with an open heart.. Maybe I'm not destinied to be with him.." She said.

Duh. Not maybe. You are SURELY not destinied to be with him.

"What about Baekhyun?" I asked. "Baekhyun? Nah~ we're just good friends.. More like siblings.. Baekhyun and I are friends ever since we're little kids.." Eun Byul said.

"Can you just be honest with me..? I'm not going to scold you or anything.. I promise. Just be honest with me" I said

"What is it?" She asked. "Do you still love Lay..?" I asked.

Eun Byul stopped walking and looked down. "Be honest with me.." I said.

"I do." She answered simply. "No matter how much I tried, I can't seem to get rid of him." She adds.

It was quite a shock since I don't expect a 'yes' from her. "Have you ever think of taking him back from me?" I asked.

"Yes" she answered again. "But that was when we ju-"

*SLAP*

I couldn't control my anger so I slapped her until she fell. Her right hand held her cheek as she looked at me.

"GYU WON-SSI" She called. "WHAT?! You bitch should just die!" I shouted. "Look, that was when we just broke up! I don't have any intentions of seperating the two of you!" She shouts.

"Hah! Can't you lie better?!" I shouted back and kicked her stomach, pulled her hair and pushed her back to the ground.

You deserved this, Eun Byul!

"Please, Gyu Won ah.. Don't do this" she cried.

"I want you to die."

As I was about to take out the knife from my pocket, a hand stopped me.

I looked beside me and it was Baekhyun. He quickly took the knife and threw it far away. "Crazy asshole" he sighed.

"YOU BITCH!" Soo Young pushed me away.

I looked again and everyone was angry at me. "Lay.." I called as I saw Lay walking to Eun Byul.

"Are you hurt?" He asked her and wiped her tears.

"Lay ah.. I- I can explain.." I softly held his shoulders but he pushed me away.

"STAY AWAY FROM HER!" He said and hugged her tightly.

I couldn't bare the pain watching him like that. I got up and ran away.

Lay's POV

The view of Eun Byul getting beaten by Gyu Won kept on repeating in my head. Eun Byul cried as I hugged her tight.

This is it.

Finally, I feel her close again.

"Mianhae.." I apologised. "Xinggie.." She called.

I kissed her forehead and rubbed her back. "Mianhae, Byullie.. Jinjja mianhae.."

"Come on, let's get you back upstairs.." Baekhyun and Soo Young said as he helped us both up.

The others followed us.

We went to the girls' room and under the clear light, only then, I saw bruises and cuts on Eun Byul's face.

"Get the medical box" I told them. Hee Joo ran to the kitchen and took the first aid kit.

"ah, yah! Do it slowly" she whined as I applied the healing cream on her forehead.

"Does it still hurt?" I asked. "A little bit.." She said.

"Actually, we have something to tell two of you.. About Gyu Won.." Sehun said.

Sulli slowly explained to us everything that she did. Including what she had done to my parents.

"She.. She did all that?" Eun Byul asked. "I never liked her anyways" Baekhyun said as he leans his body against the wall.

I put the box aside and looked at her. "Mianhae.." I apologised again.

"Anyi.. It's not your fault anyways.." She shook her head. "You better.. Go and check your wife out.." She said.

"Hmhm.. I don't think I can call her wife anymore after this.. After what she did.." I sighed.

"Don't be like that.. I'll be fine here.." She said. "You sure?" I asked.

"Yeah.. Go and.. Settle your things out with her, then come back here" She adds. I can't help but to smile before leaving the room.
