Spinning in my swivel chair, playing with the bracelet on my hand as the teacher repeated the instructions for our practical class today, my chair suddenly stopped.
"Yah annoy me" Azaro spoke and I roll my eye but stopped.
Normally during practical sessions we'd practice on ourselves, but this time we had to bring our own "client" in.
Of course mi get stuck with mi miserable man. If Malik never jetlagged from landing around 6am this morning, then had to go to work after getting a quick nap, swear a him mi woulda bring— Mari wasn't an option since I didn't want to stop him from going to school.

"Oh.. yeah. 2 days ago. She had an emergency c-section.. she had a placental abruption, so dem did affi cut out the baby" I tell him.
She almost had to get a hysterectomy too... but luckily the situation was controlled in time and she didn't have to get womb removed. Pregnancy is so scary.
"You're not the last to find out.. they wanted to keep it a secret because the baby did a go through some difficulties, so they wanted to wait until everything was 100% okay before sharing the news" I add, seeing that he was staring at a video Jay sent him of the baby in NICU.
I was the only one Tey told.. everybody else a find out today since the baby was now healthily progressing. Even daddy. We grandfather always tell we fi keep certain news to we self until all is well, because we don't know who is secretly praying on our downfall. Family or not.
