I'm currently sitting in a cafe across a guy who kissed me last night, then ate me out.

We had just sat down and are waiting for our orders. There's this silence between us. Like an elephant in the room.

"So"- I start off only to be cut off by the barista calling Landon's name. "Wait here chica I'll get our drinks" He says before getting up and grabbing the coffees.

He sets mine infront of me and I smile at him. "Thanks again for paying. You really didn't have too" I said feeling very guilty.

"It's fine, besides my mom didn't raise me to be rude and arrogant" He says shrugging and scooting his chair in.

"So you were saying?" He says taking a sip of his coffee.

"Oh yeah, fall breaks coming up soon. Then the Halloween party, then thanksgiving break. And after that we have Christmas break. So do you have any plans?" I ask him. I honestly didn't know what to talk about. He wanted to see me after I finished classes. But it's...awkward?

I see something that kind of looks like disappointment but quickly he smirks and says. "Why do you want to ask me out on a date?" He says leaning back.

I scoff and turn my head the other direction and cross my arms. I take in a deep breath and exhale slowly. "You wish." I mumbled slowly turning my head to look straight at him in the eye.

"Well no, not that I know of. I'm pretty sure my family is having a thanksgiving party though." He says drinking his coffee.

"What about you?" He asks with an arch brow. "Well soon, I have to go to my dad's buisness party." I replied uninterested.

I do these types of parties every year. And it's so boring, meet the co-workers, talk to their children, and ect.

"Wait so your leaving soon?" Landon asked in shock.

"Yeah like next week, but only for two or three days" I say shrugging.

I look up and see Landon who looks like he's about to explode. "What's wrong?" I say arching a brow.

He takes a deep breath and slowly exhales. "What if, I come with you?" He says low, and slow.

Landon and I are currently in his bedroom helping him pack an hour before we have to go to my house.

And my house as in my parents house. We have a four hour drive ahead of us too.

Im looking through his clothes while he's laying on his bed. "I can't believe you didn't pack ahead of time" I said rolling my eyes.

"Well I didn't know what to wear, and do your parents even know I'm coming" He says, I could hear him shift in his bed and sit up.

"Yeah I told them a few days ago, my brother seemed happy having another guy around the house for a while" I said folding an outfit and placing it in his suitcase.

"You have a brother?" He says smiling. "Yeah, he's sixteen though" I say zipping his suitcase shut and standing up.

"What's his name?" Landon asks a few seconds later.
