"RINGGGGG!!!" Kumiko grumbled and hit the damn alarm clock. She crawled out of bed and yawned, stretching. "Kumiko! Go change quickly!" Kumiko groaned and pulled her school uniform from her wardrobe. Opening her room door, she walked to the toilet and locked the door behind her. She turned and saw..."WHAT IN THE WORLD!" "Kumiko! Don't yell! Some people are trying to sleep!" Kumiko ignored her older sister as she stared at the mirror, eyes wide. "What... what happened? My- my eyes are-" Kumiko slumped to the ground, eyes as wide as plates. "Kumiko? Hey, Kumiko! Open up! What happened?!" The door burst open behind her as Kumiko's sister, Mamiko looked at Kumiko's hunched form worridly.

Kumiko looked up at her sister and Mamiko gasped. "Kumiko, your eyes! They're green!" Kumiko continued staring at her sister, tears streaming from her eyes. Mamiko took a deep breath, and said quietly, "Ok Kumiko I won't tell mom. You change and I'll get you some contacts ok?" Kumiko nodded slowly and Mamiko smiled at her younger sister. "Good girl. Now wipe those tears ok?" Kumiko use her sleeve to wipe her tears as she closed her eyes, taking some deep breaths. She stood and closed the toilet door, taking of her pajamas. She pulled on her blouse and buttoned it up. Pulling up her skirt, she looked into her green eyes again. 'I wonder what happened?' She pulled up her socks and tied her ribbon, wiping her eyes for the last time.
Kumiko walked out and into her room where Mamiko was waiting for her, contacts in one hand. "Come here, I'll help you put this on." Kumiko walked in front of her and sat down. Mamiko smiled soothingly and took up one of the contacts. She put it gently into Kumiko's eye, who flinched and bit her lip. "Wanna try?" Kumiko nodded slowly and picked up the other contact. She looked at it and carefully, put ut in her eye. Mamiko looked pleased and told her she was going.
Kumiko was still early so she sat at her table, staring at her cactus. After she was sure Mamiko was out of the house, she picked it up. "Hmph, who knew Mamiko had this side," Kumiko said in her fake voice, " I-" Suddenly the doorbell went. Kumiko jumped and she heard her mom, "Kumiko! Reina's here!" Kumiko quickly grabbed her bag off the table and ran down the stairs. "Breakfast!" Kumiko grabbed a piece of toast and popped it into her mouth. She shuffled on her school shoes and opened the door. There, waiting for her, was no other Kousaka Reina. She smiled at Kumiko and started walking. On the way to school, they had some light conversation and picked up Yuu, who said Mika already went ahead.

"And then, Tsukasa just picked up the the ice cream, as in not the cone, the top of it." Kumiko burst out laughing, holding her stomach. "The cashier just stood there, dumbfounded. And Tsukasa didn't even notice until we were outside and Mika told him." Reina smiled at their friend's silliness and looked up at the sky. 'It's such a beautiful day.' She sighed contentedly and watched Kumiko and Yuu laugh about something he said. Soon they reached school and walked in. Mika ran into Yuu, seemingly out of nowhere.

"Mika?" Yuu looked at his best friend worridly. Mika looked up at Yuu and Yuu caught sight of his eyes. "Mi- mika! Your eyes!" Yuu gasped at Mika's emerald eyes. Kumiko flinched slightly and Reina looked iver at her. Kumiko walked over to Mika and pulled him close to her. "Your eyes, they're green right?" Mika nodded and she continued whispering in his ear. "Mine too, my sister had contacts and lent them to me, any idea what happened?" Mika shook his head sadly and Yuu barged between the two of them.

"Ok now enough of your whispering. Let's move somewhere with-" Yuu looked around. "Less people." They agreed to go to the roof and went to their classroom, dropping their bags off, and ran up to the roof. Apparently, some other people had the same idea. Eli looked over at them as the group burst onto the roof. Tokiya was sitting on a bench next to Ittoki and whispering to him. Eli's now green eyes looked worridly at them and Yuu's eyes widened. "You- your eyes are green too?" Eli nodded and looked over at Ittoki, who was staring at the sky, mumbling back to Tokiya.

"I wonder what happened?" Reina asked as she sat with Kumiko on one of the benches. Kumiko looked at Reina and pulled her sleeve. Reina looked over, confused. "I also have green eyes now." Reina pulled away in surprise and shock, her mouth forming an 'o'. Eli sighed as she saw Nozomi running through the students. "I wonder what happened." "That's what we ALL want to know." Eli looked over at Tokiya who had his eyes narrowed.

Nozomi burst onto the roof and quickly glomped Eli, who gasped. "What happened? I rushed over immediately when I saw your message." Evryone looked over at Eli and Nozomi, aside from Ittoki, who was still staring at the sky, mummering gibberish. "So, we all have the same problem?" Isla asked from her seat. "Green eyes" Ittoki mummered and Tokiya sighed, staring at his hands.

"Do all of those with green eyes have anything in common?" Kumiko lowered her head. "We all go to the same school?" Reina shook her head. "No if that was it, all of us would have green eyes." Yuu perked up and said, "Maybe that explosion 3 weeks ago! I was with Mika and Kumiko, and we bumped into Isla and Kumiko!" Eli nodded, "That can be the explanation." "As for why some of us don't have green eyes, maybe we weren't there!" "So, Tsukasa went on an errand and left early, Yuu was wearing protective gear, the rest weren't there." Mika concluded.

"By the way, who are you guys?" Tokiya looked over at Kumiko and said, "I'm Ichinose Tokiya, she's Toujo Nozomi." Reina looked over and sighed. "Kousaka Reina, these are Oumae Kumiko, HyakuIya Mikaela, Amane Yuichiro, Isla and Mizugaki Tsukasa." Nozomi nodded and said, "Should'nt we get back to class? It's uhm 8.25." "Oh shit" In a flurry, everyone had evacuated the roof, running off to their classrooms.

They were given weird looks from the other students as they ran through the halls, ignoring each look. They reached their classes at 8.29 exactly, just one minute before class started. (I don't know what time Japanese school starts so I'll just put 8.30) Ittoki plopped into his seat and the girl sitting to his left, Kayoko whispered, "What happened to your eyes?" "Yeah! What happened to Eli's too?" Kayoko's twin, Kyako piped up from behind him. Ittoki shrugged slightly just as their Science teacher walked in. In Yuu's class, it was the same. The girl behind Tsukasa, Kitsuka, tapped his shoulder. Tsukasa looked over and Kitsuka said, "Uhm why do Isla and Mika have green eyes?" Tsukasa shook his head and sighed. "He dosen't want to talk about it Kitsuka. Right Mizugaki-san?" Tsukasa smiled softly and nodded, silently thanking Kitsuka's friend, Fuyumi for stopping Kitsuka asking questions.

Isla and Mika's classmates all gossiped about their eyes, Kumiko thankfully had contacts. Isla soon got uncomfortable and told Mika, who narrowed his eyes. Just as he was about to tell off one of his classmates, their English teacher walked in and the class silenced.

~Timeskip to lunch~
That day had happened to be some holiday, so the students got a half day. Isla hid behind Tsukasa as they walked on, towards Eli's and Ittoki's class. Tokiya walked out of his class, talking to his classmates, Rin and Yukiko, who had noticed his stress level higher than usual. He smiled at them and they nodded, before leaving. Tokiya sighed and looked around for Ittoki or Eli. He spotted Isla and Tsukasa and walked over to them. Not long after, Eli and Ittoki came out, as well as Nozomi. Ittoki blinked nervously as he walked up to Tokiya, who was pinching the bridge of his nose, annoyed at the people staring at them.

Tokiya grabbed Ittoki's hand and stormed off, while Ittoki just followed like a lost puppy. Eli smiled and held out her hand to Nozomi, who took it gladly. They ran after Tokiya and his lost puupy, saying a small farewell to Isla, Tsukasa and Mika, who juat came from the classroom. "Those people are so annoying! Can't they just think you're wearing contacts or something?!" Eli sighed and walked up to him, placing her hand on his arm. "Come on, I know a good café, I'll treat you guys." Tokiya grumbled under his breath but agreed, dragging Ittoki while Nozomi just followed them behind, grinning at her friends.

~ Hello, just wanna say Kyako, Kayoko, Kitsuka, Fuyumi, Rin and Yukiko are all my OCs, uhm well thanks for reading, I hope you enjoyed this part. As you know, something is happening. Well school starts tommorow so I don't know when I'll update, I'll just do it whenever I can so uhm thanks ^^
