"Mujhe us waqt tumhare mojudgi zeher jaisa lagta tha jab mere zindegi mein koi tha nahi.Aur aab to mein shadishuda hu to kyun apne shohar ke chor ke mein tum jaise gidar ke sath jaungi.Tumhare sath mere jutti bhi nahi jayegi.Niklo mere shohar hath aane se pehle warna kahin ka nahi rahoge."
Then Meerab went to close the door on the face of Rehan chaudhury but he stops with one hand looks at her and smiles.
Meerab couldn't cope with the masculine force and Rehan entered the home.He comes towards Meerab and looks from head to toe then say;
"Aaj mein bhi dekhunga tumhara shohar mera kya hi bigar sakta hai."
Meerab looks at the phone without saying anything. Electricity comes in between.She looked Rehan and dialed Murtasim's number but he grabbed the phone and threw it on the floor.
Meantime Mariyam comes there and says in screaming at him;
"Kon ho tum?Itne himmat kaha se aaya jo ghar mein ghus gaye ho.Pata bhi hai yeh kis ka ghar hai.Khan Murtasim khan ke agar hath aa jaoge to zinda nahi bachoge."
Rehan laughed.He smiled for a while and looked at Meerab with a hard look.
"Meerab bhala chahti ho to chalo mere sath."
Meerab looks everywhere and findings something so that she can attack him.Suddenly she sees a vase and she steps back to catch it.As she recedes,Rehan advances towards him.Meerab finally reaches near the vase and she takes it and about to hit him.But Rehan holds her hand tightly and due to pressure on the hand,Meerab drops the vase.
Rehan came and squeezed Meerab's throat.Mariyam got scared and no sound came out from her throat.
Hearing the vase sound, Salma khanam came down and she was shocked to see someone grab Meerab's throat.
"Choro Meerab ko.Choro.Mariyam bulao kisi ko."
Rehan does not leave Meerab.He clenches his teeth and looks into Meerab's eyes and says,
"Aaj tum jaoge mere sath yaa tumhari lash.Jinda ho yaa murda mein tumhe sath lekar hi jaunga.Mere hote huye tumhari mohabbat koi aur payega yeh bardast nahi hai mujhe Meerab.Agar tum meri naa huyi to koi aur bhi tumhe nahi payega.Samaj aaya tum sirf Rehan chaudhury ki ko."
"Mar bhi jayegi phir bhi Meerab kabhi tumhari nahi hogi.Meerab humesha Murtasim ki hi rahegi."
Meerab is desperately trying to get rid of the Rehan.Mariyam stands motionless.Salma khanam rushes to free Meerab from him.She is not able to spend the maximum energy of the body.Rehan violently pushes her away.She sat on the sofa.She gets hit her forehead on the handle of the sofa and cut her forehead.She let out a soft cry.
Meerab somehow gets rid of Rehan and runs towards Salma Khanam.
"Ma begum aap thik to hai."
Mariyam held her hands over her face and cried.Meerab looks at Rehan with disgust. Ignoring that look,he grabbed Meerab's hair and wanted to take her towards the front door.
"Aaj tumhe mere sath jana hi hoga.Rehan chaudhury tumhe aaj lekar hi jayega."
Mariyam runs towards the telephone set and dial Murtasim's number.He takes the call after two rings.She said in scary and trembling voice;
"Bhai jaldi ghar jaiye.Ek gunda ghus aaya hai aur Meerab ko sath le jane ke liye zabardasti kar raha hai."
Before Mariyam could say anything,Rehan snatched the receiver from her hand and threw the set on the floor and slapped Mariyam hard. She fell on the floor unable to bear the impact of the slap.She pressed her hand on her cheek and looked at Rehan with fearful eyes.Her head is spinning.Because of nervousness,she lost her consciousness.
