After school, the boys had to stay behind as Stan was determined to find his art that was thrown away. They looked through about 5 trash bins and Stan was getting more and more filthy with each one. And the stench was so bad that Neo has to stay away from it or cover his nose.

"Stan. This is the last one here. Surely it's in the landfill already." Neo said.

"I worked hard on that painting! I poured my heart and soul in it and I can't lose it!" Stan stated as he continued looking. But as he was digging deeper, he lost his balance and slipped inside the big trash bin.

"Stan!" Neo rushed in and found Stan's legs. He pulled his leg to pull Stan straight out of the trash. Now Stan was even more filthy with trash markings and dirt and sludge. But in his hand was his original art that he had been looking for. "You got it!"

"Thank god. I was afraid it's gone forever." Stan got out while cleaning the art off. After he finished, he was not pissed. More so than ever. "They could've given this back to me. But they didn't. This is the last straw! We can't let them get away with this!"

"We will win for sure." Neo said.

"If you ask me, I would rather kicked the teeth out of whoever threw it away!" Stan said.

"And what good will that do you?" A voice from behind asked. Neo and Stan looked to see it was Dave.

"Dave? What are you doing here?" Neo asked.

"Just doing some patrol to find anything relating to some cult that is trouble." Dave looked at Stan and raised an eye brow. "Having fun dumpster diving?"

"No. Getting my art back. And what do you mean by cult?"

"There's a cult around the city, filled with lunatics who are worshiping some dark god for who knows what. Me and Milo are still finding out where they are and who they are really."

"Then where's Milo?" Neo asked.

"This time, he is on his own since he refuse to keep his damn mouth shut."

"What do you mean?" Stan asked.

(Hours ago)

"Nothing?" Dave asked.

Milo shook his head. "Nothing. No news of them yet. I looked at many sites: Twitter, facebook, Instagram. No one has anything."

Dave rubbed his eyes in frustration. Since the member they captured was was gone, they were back to square one. He was so angry at this that he didn't not see Barbara bumping into.

"Oh! So sorry!" Barbara said.

"It's fine." Dave said before turning to see Barbara once more. He was not expecting to see her once more. In fact, he thought she would be in class. But with a hall pass in her hand, it was clear she was going somewhere. Where she was going was not the question. "Barbara?"

"Oh. Hey Dave. Um...what are you up to?" She asked.

"We're trying to find suspecting members that are relatable to the cult. And so far we got nothing." Milo answered.

"You mean the Tenumbra Cult?" The Cheetah girl asked.

"You know them?" Dave asked.

"Of course. There's been some rumors about them in the city. And I know they are manipulating people to join. They're mostly targeting people who are greedy, desperate, or just evil. And if you think the sites are gonna help, forget it. They hide real well."

"You...seem to know so much." Dave commented before realizing what he said. Barbara smiled a bit while looking away and blushed a little.

Milo looked at the both of them and smirked. He knew that they were developing a bond. Even though Dave won't admit it, Milo can tell he is feeling something for the girl. And the next question Barbara asked gave him an idea.
