I woke up this morning to screaming and slapping. "Arielle! Wake up!" My family screamed in horror at me. Slightly dazed, I got up and then was dragged downstairs to the tv. At first, my sleepy mind didn't take in the words being said, but once it did... I flipped.

"Who did this?" I screamed in horror at the words plastered all over the screen. It was awful. The newscast woman, Jenny Ling, was going on about how Arie Desiree was actually Arielle Potter.

"What are we gonna do?" My brother asks worried, and we all look to my mother. She was on the phone with, whom I am guessing, my manager.

"YOU HAVEN'T SEEN IT?" She screamed into the phone. "IT'S ALL OVER THE NEWS AND YOU HAVEN'T SEEN IT?" She continues her shouting rant in the kitchen.

Breathing deep breaths, I look at my phone to see about a dozen angry texts from my friends. All of them are angry and talking about how I didn't tell them about me being a model.

"We can't hide," my father says. "The paps might be crazy, but we won't hide." He says and glances at me. I nod my head at him and he continues his little speech. "We will just have to up the security," he tells me.

"Nothing like this has ever happened before..." My brother says and has a hint of guilt in his eyes.

"What? What's wrong?" I ask him, but he shakes his head telling me it's nothing.

"I'll be back in a minute," he tells everyone. Sneakily, I follow him to his room. He shuts the door, but I just go to my room's closet and lean my ear against it. "Did you tell?" He questions into the phone. "About Arie?"

A minute passes before my brother breaks out angrily. "Why Julie, why?" He asks. I gasp and my eyes widen. He couldn't be talking about- "Juliet, who did you tell?"

By this time, I'm not even listening. I run out of my room and down the stairs, loudly. How could she? Why did she? All of these thoughts filled my mind, I didn't register the fact my family was yelling at me, and that I was running straight out the door. Right into a sea of paparazzi.

"W-what happened?" I ask myself, and suddenly I feel someone tighten their grip on my hand.

"Arie, you fainted right after you ran out. I stole you away from them, and then brought you into my house. You're safe." Someone says, someone who sounds like Cole.

"Cole?" I ask.

"Yeah, it's me." He says calming me down a bit. "Don't worry, I won't let them get to you. You might want to call your mom though..." He tells me, and I sigh. "Here's your phone." He says and hands me my phone.

I hear the ringing start, and on the second ring my mom answers. "Arie? Arie are you okay?" My mother asks, the worry clear in her voice.

"Yeah... I'm fine, Cole saved me." I say into the phone. "Mom, I'm really tired. Can I go back to sleep now?" I ask her, and then hear her sigh.

"Sure, go to sleep honey."

The line goes dead after those words leave her mouth. I slam my head against the table and close my slightly blurry eyes.

"Sleep sweetly," Cole whispers into my hair. Then I am in darkness, and am at peace. At least... For a while.

*******************

"Arie, Arie wake up." Cole calls to me, and I sleepily get off of his bed. When my eyes are opened, I see him in nothing but a towel. "What're you staring at?" He asks me, with a smirk on his face.

"Where are your clothes?" I ask him, and confidently continue to stare at his lack of clothing.

"Going for a new look. You like?" He asks me, and I roll my eyes.

"Yeah, that towel really brings out the fact that some guys need to wear clothes." I say, and then walk out into the hallway. "I'm taking a shower," I tell him.

"Okay," he calls back. Heading into his room to hopefully put some clothes on. Too early in the morning for mostly nude men in front of me.

Using his Axe shampoo and conditioner in one, I scrub away my worrying thoughts of yesterday. Once I'm done, I wrap the towel around my sopping wet body and then into the frigid cold air.

"I'm putting some of my sister's clothes out here for you." I hear Cole say from outside the door.

"Okay, thank you." Opening the door, I see a light pink skirt and a light cream shirt and black tie. Hm, that's interesting.

"Sorry, I didn't really know what you would like so I just sort of well... Um chose stuff I thought you'd look good in." He tells me, and I nod my head in gratitude.

"C'mon, we have school." I say and hold out my hand. He puts his into mine, and we walk out to his garage.

"Wanna ride the old Bentley Mulsanne?" He asks me, and I look at him as if he were crazy. "What?" He asks me.

"Bentley Mulsanne isn't supposed to come out until 2016. Why do you have one?" I ask him.

"You DO know what my parents do, right?" He asks me, and I shake my head. "My father is like, Henry Ford of the twenty first century." He tells me, and my eyes widen. "And my mom is one of the most beloved directors."

"Oh, cool. Um, well you know my parents." I say with a smile on my face. "Let's go, okay?" I ask him, and he nods his head. We both step into the car and then he opens the garage door. Bright lights start going off and I start getting dizzy. I've never experienced paparazzi before, my dad always made sure to have guards keep them away.

"You're okay, here put this on." He says handing me a pair of shades. I willingly put them on, and close my eyes. "There you go, not so bad, right?" He asks me, and I shake my head.

"Thanks Cole," I mumble and go back to sleep. My head up against the cold glass and a banging noise outside wakes me up.

"We are here," Cole tells me.

"Yay!" I say with fake enthusiasm. He chuckles and then rolls his eyes.

"C'mon, I will protect you." He promises me, and I open the door. He hops over the front of the car and shields me from the paparazzi.

'This is awful,' I think to myself. 'And I know exactly who to blame for it.' I say and turn my eyes into a glare at everyone.
