chapter fifty four

FIRST POV

October was finally over and time was flying fast. It was already November.

I was walking with Ae Cha.

"I can't believe the second semester is coming to an end in a few months. But I'm so excited to become a senior already!" Ae Cha exclaimed.

"By the way, back at that Halloween party. I was letting some time past before I asked you. Are you and Seung Ho sunbae a thing now?" She smirked at me.

I scoffed, "why are you even asking me that?" "You're blushing!!" She pointed at my cheeks "am not!" You pouted frustrated at her.

"We talked about some things, but we're not together" I clarified "so...?" "So I'm single!" "That's great! Because some boys have been wanting to meet you after the Halloween party!"

"Well I'm not interested" I replied "oh... well, I kinda already told one of them you would go on a date with him" I paused in my tracks and slowly looked at Ae Cha.

"You... what?" "C'mon! Please! Just this once!" She begged "I'm not looking to date right now! Especially over some blind date!" "Well he knows how you look, but you don't know how he looks."

"Even worse" I glared at her "Ji Hyun, you can't be stuck on Ha Joon or Seung Ho sunbae" I groaned. "I'm stuck on neither!"

Crap... I forgot about Ha Joon.

I sighed, "do this for me please. I'll pay you!"

Who doesn't love money?

"Alright," I finally agreed "yes! Thank you so much! It's after school!" She ran away, I clenched my fists, "I'm going to kill her..." I mumbled to myself.

I sat in class waiting for the bell to ring. Ae Cha hasn't arrived yet, probably with Myung Seouk.

I was deep in thought.

I want to explain things to Ha Joon. I can't be playing either him at all, or with Seung Ho. Or anyone. I'll speak to him after this blind date.

He should know I've taken interest in someone else.

Seung Ho came to my mind. I smiled a little.

I haven't spoken to him since the day after the Halloween when we back to his place.

-flashback-

We arrived at his place by cab.

"I can't wait to get home and sleep some more. I couldn't sleep at all there" I mentioned. Seo Joon came out.

"Seo Joon?" "Seung Ho? I was about to go look for you" "I came to just get a pair of clothes and leave" "I think we should all talk first before you leave again."

We all went to the living room.

"Where's your parents?" I asked "that's the thing, they left." Seung Ho and I flinched.

"They left?" "Mhm, no letter, no message, nothing. Just vanished. Not even a threat that you'll regret something" Seung Ho and I looked at each other.

Soon we were outside.

"At least I can sleep in my own bed now" "are you sure you're fine with how things ended?" I asked him worriedly. Seung Ho nodded, he sighed and looked away, "they can leave for all I care."

Seung Ho looked down at me, he noticed my worried look. Seung Ho smiled.

"Stop worrying. I don't care about anyone but you" he pulled me in for a kiss. We used to fire for a while until I shoved him away, leaving his grasps.
