"Call us when your plane lands" Elena hugged her daughter

"We will mom" Miranda kissed her cheek

"See ya grandma" Tuck hugged her

"Oh byebye my baby" Elena hugged him "Come here precious" She waved Delilah over

"Take care of yourself" William patted Ben's back

"Will do, Sir" Ben smiled

"Baby girl" William hugged Miranda

"See you daddy" She smiled
They got all loaded up and waved bye as Ben drove off. Once the got to the airport. The kids quickly fell asleep before they even boarded their flight.

"I can carry him" Miranda offered seeing Ben struggling

"With one good arm" He looked at her "I got it baby"

"Don't drop my babies" She rolled her eyes
They boarded their flight and the kids leaned against each other as they continued to sleep.

"Are you visiting Seattle for the first time?" a woman in their row struck up a conversation

"Oh, no, no. We live in Seattle. I- I just went home for a month. We went to go see my parents"

"Oh. What do you do in Seattle?"

"We're both doctors at a hospital" Ben replied

"Uh, uh, did you know any of those doctors... from that shooting?" She whispered

Ben just cleared his throat and looked at Miranda. She didn't respond to the woman and just looked down at the kids. The woman got the message and stopped talking to them.

Their flight landed and they went home. They dropped everything at the front door and collapsed in bed.

"Man I'm not feeling like going back to work. A month off was almost too relaxing"

"Well not all of us can return to work"

"You can still practice medicine. You'll just be out of the OR for a bit"

"You wouldn't even let me help you at the airport. What kind of medicine can I practice"

"Every moment is a teaching moment"

"Forgot who I was talking to"

"Mr. Brightside" He smiled

"You know the doctor said I could start my PT whenever I felt up to it"

"The sooner the better. I talked to Callie. She said that you should be back to helping the little humans in no time"

"Well I'm not sure about no time. But in due time"

"Arizona asked about you. I told her you'd call her when you felt up to it. Richard asked too"

"I'm the heart of that hospital you know"

"So I've heard" He nodded "A rightfully deserved title"

"We should get some rest" She smiled "or at least try"

"I've been sleeping better since spending time at your parents house"

"Yeah that was a reset. Glad we went"

"I'm glad they told me I could marry you" he kissed her forehead

"Well even if they didn't Benjamin I would still be overjoyed to marry you"

"Overjoyed, huh" He smiled

"Overjoyed" She laughed tracing his lips with her finger "I'm going to be your wife"
