"You two are getting married" Arizona had suddenly returned from Africa. Miranda was happy to have her back but she returned to a very different life than she had left. They were catching up as they walked the halls.

"We are" Miranda nodded

"Well, I leave and come back. You are engaged and Callie is having Mark's baby. Life moves fast"

"It does" She laughed

"So when's the big day" Arizona asked

"We're doing a long engagement. That was the plan"

"Well plans don't always work out" She sighed referencing the situation between her and Callie. And how things were now complicated.

"You, Callie, and Mark are going to be great parents though" Miranda smiled

"This isn't how it was supposed to be"

"You'll work it out though"

"Dr. Bailey" A male nurse who seemed to developed a crush on Miranda walked up.

"Eli" She sighed

"You don't seem happy to see me"

"Because I'm not. What do you want"

"I brought you a coffee" He smiled

"Eli, I don't need coffee. Especially not coffee from you" She completely disregarded him but it didn't deter him.

"Has anyone ever told you that the way you talk is captivating"

"Her fiancé has" Ben walked up "lots of times. And she won't be needing that coffee"

"Nurse Eli, meet my fiancé" Miranda smiled

"Dr. Benjamin Warren" He emphasized the doctor part causing Arizona and Miranda to chuckle

"That's your way of saying you're better than me because you're a doctor"

"Interpret my introduction in whatever demeanor you want. I in fact just introduced myself" Ben shrugged

"And I in fact was just complimenting Dr.Bailey and offering her a coffee. You can interpret my demeanor any way you want" Eli shrugged

"Alright well while you two are interpreting demeanor, I'll be on my way" She walked away leaving Ben and Eli standing there staring at each other.

"You're getting married and I'm going to be a mom" Arizona chuckled as they stepped into the elevator

"We are certainly living life. Dr. Robbins"

"I agree Dr. Bailey" She nodded "So who's the nurse"

"His name is Eli. He has a crush on me. He just started coming around me more often. Even if I was single he is not the type of person you spend the rest of your life with"

"And Ben is"

"And Benjamin Warren is" She swooned over her man.

"Is that Miranda Bailey... blushing" Arizona teased

"Oh please" She waved her hand and disregarded her "I wasn't blushing"

"You totally were" Arizona laughed
Just then Miranda got a phone call. She answered it seeing it was the kid's school.

"Hello"

"Dr. Bailey there has been an incident with William. He got into an altercation with another student"

"He hit a kid?" She asked in disbelief

"I'm afraid so. Can you come to the school?"

"Fine, I will be there shortly" She sighed and hung up
