Me? A mother? (Pt.14)

I made it back to my room and started to have a small panic attack. I was able to calm myself down and I was now trying to focus on whether or not to tell Charlie.

I walked downstairs and saw that everyone was still here. "Yall stayed" I said with a lot of happiness. "What do you think we would just up and leave" Angel said "I just got use to you guys" Husk said "do you think we are a bunch of pussssies" Sir Pen said.

"It means a lot to us that yall are still here" I said as Vaggie and Charlie walked in the doors. "Tea?" I panicked and went to the kitchen to make some tea for everyone.

"Hey are you ok? You seemed troubled. Is it my dad?" Charlie questioned as she came in and looked at me. "Charlie, who is your mother? Did you ever meet her?" I said as she tilted her head.

"Well no. Dad always seemed so distraught and would always have me be babysat by one of the maids. But when you came here his world seemed to change. I gotta admit, whoever that woman is, I hope she never comes back. She left me and my father and that caused us to not be close." She said looking down.

"What if she had a good reason" I walked over to her. "What reason is good enough for leaving your husband and kid with no explanation?" She questioned. "Losing your memory" I said looking her in her face. She looked at me and I think she knew what I was trying to say.

"Charlie, I am your mother. I just got my memory back today." I said as she turned around. "I wish I could have known sooner. You're father didn't tell me until about 20 minutes ago. That fucker could have told me the moment he knew I was here" I said gripping the counter.

"He claims that god threatened him and needed me to be in Heaven. But instead of asking me, he wiped my memory and sent me on my way. Keeping you from me." I said as Charlie ran up to me hugging me tightly.

"Im sure he had a good reason" she said crying. "He better" I said as we went back out to the guys and started with a game plan.

I was sitting on the couch looking at Athenas spear. I thought about how no one told me. Just then Lucifer came in and knocked on the wall to get my attention.

"What do you want?" I said as he sat on the couch across from me. "Please do be upset with me. I couldn't tell you. If you knew you wouldn't have gone." He said "How do you know. I remember everything. If you would have just talked to me, maybe things would have been different. Maybe I could have been somewhat present in my daughter's life." I said as I pinched the bridge of my nose.

"Y/n... I haven't stopped thinking about you. Every day I think about what I did. I truly am sorry." He started. "No Lucifer. You should have told me. Its not fare. None of this is. Why should I sit around and wait for you or god to make decisions for me. Lucifer, I love my daughter. I would have left Hell and gone back if it meant keeping you both safe." I said standing up grabbing the spear and walked away.

I teleported the spear to my room and shape shifted into an animal inspired by one man Lucifer despises of, a deer, and ran out the door and into the woods.
