Third person
Pov“Okay, I need you all to be mature for one second.”
Chan listened to Minjun, he had sense how tensed the brunette had gotten and decided that maybe she had spotted someone who makes her uncomfortable in the crowd. They took another route and being the nice he was, he escorted her to her class, to make sure she was safe from whatever that might cause her that much of a fright. So here they were, in the cafe not too far from the college, in front of Chan's children. After several taunting they were finally going to meet his roomie.
“We both know you're asking too much from us,” Jisung had a lazy look on, slouching on his chair.
An ice Americano was trapped in Hyunjin's grasp, he was getting impatient and wanted Chan to get to the bottom line of why he had called them here.
“I'm just here for free food,” Seungmin was texting away on his phone, also ignoring Jeongin who was boring daggers at him for saying something mean to him not too long ago.
“Well, just for that you're not getting any!” Chan had a reprimanding tone, but that never works, it only made them bully him even more. And he was aware of that, so before they could get a word out he signalled for the brunette to walk in, away from where he had tucked her.
The up brewing bicker died down as all eyes were now on the new comer clad in huge fluffy caramel shirt, tucked into her cream folded skirt. Her brown haired packed into a neat high ponytail, a bow suspended around it, her sneakers as creamy as her skirt. She had porcelain skin that complemented her smile just great, her eyes pushed into crescent by her chubby cheeks. To put it simply; she looked like a birthday present.
“Mom,” Felix was the first to speak up, having recognized the brunette. He pointed at her and looked at the bemused group. “That's Chris' roommate.”
Everyone gases dramatically, turning to Chan. “Christopher?” Changbin had a cheeky tone, his brows dancing to a weird rhythm.
The blue haired face palmed. “Felix, I wanted to say that-”
“
Yeah, your old as was too slow-”
“Be faster next time old man-”
“Can you please not insult me in front of Minjun? Please?” Chan turned to the quiet girl who was just enjoying the show.
She took a step back, lifting her hands in a mock surrender. “It's quality entertainment.”
“Hurrah! She's one of us,” Jeongin cheered, causing the bunch to hoot along with him.
“Hi, I'm Hyunjin its nice to finally meet you, I love you hair, its looks so soft and pretty,” Hyunjin quickly took the older's hand and shook it violently out of how ecstatic he was, a huge beam on his face.
The others were now in line, waiting for their turn, shaking and rambling. And as Chris stood there scoffing every time they'd say something embarrassing about him, he noticed the absence of Minho. This made him crane his neck, searching for him. “Where's Minho?” he prodded.
“Where's your hairline?” speak of the devil and he appears. Minho finally got to the cafe, instantaneously drawn to the only female around them. “Hey Junnie!” he waved at her.
That same fright Minjun felt in the hallway resurfaced. It was him, the guy she had spotted earlier. The smaller hesitantly rose her hand, waving light with a forced smile. “Hi,” she mumbled.
And this bemused Chan. “You know each other?”
Minho nodded. “I've been to where she works a couple of time. By the way, I'm a huge fan.”
