“Why won't she just listen to me?”

Minho just wanted to cook, he never asked for his unwanted roommate to bring this conversation up. Although he found it really concerning, but he chose not to meddle in Minjun's personal matter. If she wanted to remain there, its cause she probably thought it was best, she'd know better. And he also understood where the older was coming from, Chan often thought with his heart, not his head. He always felt the need to sympathize and help those around him.

“Have you ever considered the fact that's she's comfortable that way?” Minho didn't spare him a glance, chopping up the garlic.

“She's not comfortable. Obviously.”

“How would you know?” Minho mused, trying to focus on both talking to Chan and preparing dinner. He couldn't remember the last time he had homemade food, always procrastinating and resorting to takeouts.

“She told me. She's not happy and she hates men,” Chan explained better, sighing exasperatedly.

His words causing Minho to pause, eyeing him skeptically. “. . .She's gay?”

“No, she just think we're disgusting and care less about feelings. Stuff like that.”

“Oh,” The brown haired nodded. “So what's your plan on helping her?”

“She and her sister has been working there for a very long time, but get this, her sister recently turned eighteen,” Chan enunciated, earning a bemused look from Minho. “I bet she wasn't the only one, maybe Minjun was underage too.”

“I have no idea where you're headed with this.”

Chris face palmed, he couldn't tell if Minho was too divided to put the pieces together or if he was active on pabo hours. “If she reports to the police with a couple eye witnesses, don't you think the girls would be set free and the club would be shut down by the government? She'll not be only helping herself, she'd be helping everyone.”

Minho nodded. “That makes sense,” A slight pause. “But those girls wouldn't talk, they've been tormented for years and threatened to keep shut.”

“I can get Jun to do it.”

“How? When you literally live here?” The younger put out, his brows furrowed. “Why don't you stay at your own apartment anymore? You never told me.”

“Nevermind that,” Chan shrugged nonchalantly.

“I will chase you out with a gun filled with hot water!”

Chan gave Minho a disinterested look, scoffing under his breath. We cut the scene to a few minutes later, when Minho brought out a water gun from his secret hideout, actually filled it with hot water– brah wasn't kidding– and then chased the blue haired around, shooting his back a few times, Chan yelling helplessly each time.

“Okay, wait, stop!” He panted. “I'll tell you.”
