The group wakes up and they pack up, ready to leave.
Carter: which way now?
Wren and jana: North still
Rose: I feel the west. I feel a calling. I do not know if it is related or separate to our quest but I must go.
Wren: we can come with you
Rose: no, you must follow your path and I must follow mine
They all hug and they set off. Frances goes to follow Rose
Rose: you stay here good girl. I will miss you but I should be back
Rose sets off and soon can not be seen or heard
Jana: I will miss her, I hope she is back soon. In the mean time, we will take good care of Frances.
The group beings walking north through the forest. The forest after a few days of travelling seems to slowly become less dense.
Carter: we are nearly at the end of the forest. However, I do not want to leave you two and your pets alone. I think we can stay longer.
Wren: that is good because we love your company
Jana: Carter, do you know what is beyond this forest?
Carter: a large mountain range. We must pass it to get to the plains.
Jana: is the journey dangerous
Carter: It will be but I can protect and guide you
Soon, a figure stands in the groups path. The figure has a spear and shield. The group gets closer
Wren(stepping ahead): who are you?
Nex: I am nex. You must pass another way
Wren: why?
Nex: this area is unsafe. It is crawling with goblins. You could be goblins.
Nex steps closer. They have blonde hair with pastle pink highlights. The hair occasionally switches, the highlights becoming blue-green and the hair becoming light brown. They are wearing black eyeliner and lipstick, a black hoodie and a black skirt. The skirt is accompanied but black tights and strippy thigh highs over the top. This occasionally switches to black jeans. They also have combat boots, elbow long black gloves, two knives earrings, a spikey necklace and has strapped to both legs some knives. They also have a sword on their black studded belt, held in a scabbard. They have a silver necklace with a scythe on it.
Wren: we are safe, I can assure you
Nex: just you, step closer (Wren does)
Nex puts the spear on shield on their back. A ferret climbs on their shoulder.
Nex: who are you
Wren: I am Wren. I mean you no harm, our group is on a quest
Nex(a smile now on their face) a quest, I love quests. Can I join?
Wren: sure
Nex: cool (pointing to the ferret) this is prince whilhelm by the way.
Nex removers the scythe necklace and it transforms to a full sized scythe.
Nex: right, lead the way when while I mingle into your group.
