Oh Mona Lisa, you piece of art,
What a beautiful thing you appear to be,
But what really hides inside your heart?
For no one else to ever truly seeWere you proud of who you represent?
Or were you just another muse for someone else's fame?
Maybe you sat with a silent discontent,
As he trapped you behind that poplar frameOh Lisa del Gioconda, woman of beauty,
I hope you felt like you should,
As the artist did his duty,
