X: “We did as you told us. And you were right — his cries… they sounded like music.”
??: “Told you. So, what happened after you poured water on him?”
X: “The playboy showed up and saved him. What a whore… just one day at school, and already the playboy is hovering around him.”
?? (smirking): “He was the same here as well. Always spreading himself, always ready to please. No wonder the playboy already knows him.”
X: “So… when are you coming back here?”
?? (coldly): “Very soon. I just want to see his reaction when he sees me again — and finally realizes we’re related.”
The line went dead. Silence filled the room, but the promise of what was coming lingered — a shadow stretching across Rain’s life, waiting to return.
