"Maybe. I'll ask him out, maybe." Luke said. He took a drink of his sugary coffee, which his nutritionist would die if they ever saw him drink. Maddie sighed in relief as the conversation shifted back to something else.

"Jack's been upset about Luke hanging out with you guys all the time." Jesper said randomly as he sat on their, his, couch. Allison's attention shifting from the TV in front of them to the boy sitting next to her.
"Is he jealous of Maddie hanging out with his brother?" Allison asked. Jesper shrugged wish a sigh.
"I think he's upset because Luke's kind of taking his friends from him. He said he liked hanging out with you and Maddie during All Star Weekend, but you haven't done anything to hang out again." The moment the words left Jesper's mouth Allison's mood crushed. She never meant to have Jack feel left out. Jesper could sense the change in his girlfriend's mood and he gave her a comforting smile.
"He said it's okay. I knows he's not your bestest best friend," Jesper lets out a breathy laugh, "There's a team dinner happening soon and afterwords, you, me, Maddie, and Jack are going out to get dessert." Jesper spoke of the plans and Allison nodded in agreement.
"I'll add it to my calender." Allison smiled as she leaned back into Jesper.
