Jeonghan woke up feeling someone's arms around his waste, instincts kicking in he immediately pushed the person off the bed.

"Ouch!" Joshua groaned from the fall.

"I- oh my God, I am so sorry. I thought you were a stranger. Are you hu-" Jeonghan couldn't help but laugh.

"Yah, Yoon Jeonghan, this is not funny." Joshua surprises him with a tickle attack.

"Johshuji! Stop it tickles." Jeonghan was fighting for his life under Joshua.

"Uhhh...I should've knocked." They both pause upon hearing Jeonghans moms voice. Awkwardly staring at her as she looked at the oddly suspicious position they were in.

Joshua is on top of Jeonghan with his legs on two sides of his waist, their faces really close.

They quickly stumble away from each other as she smirks at them.

"Well, come down and eat something," she grinned at them before shutting the door and leaving.

"..."

"..."

They both burst into laughter at the same time but for unknown reasons.

"Let's go eat something." Joshua finally stumbles off of Jeonghan.

"Yeah, okay, let's go."

(downstairs)

On the news...

"It's been reported a group of high schoolers in Busan were brutally stabbed to death over and over before being left in the river side. The families are left devasted and want justice for their sons. The patterns show similarities to the infamous criminal that has been on the run for months now. The police are saying they are trying their best to find the culprit behind the killings of these victims. That's all for today. Stay safe and secure. We will meet again next time."

Jeonghan shut off the TV sighing.

"Justice, my ass,"

"Said something, hannie?"

"No , no, othing."

"Hmm, but so sad, right? Those boys were so young."

"Yeah... the world is an unfair place, after all."

'If only you knew why I killed them mom...'

He felt Joshua's hands on his, trying to distract him from what ever that was going inside his head; his mom clearly seemed to notice the awful atmosphere, so she kept quiet and continued to watch the TV.

"Oh gosh, why is he calling me now."

He hated that asshole named Mr. Park more than anything.

"Hello?"

"We have more information on the case, and also the patient, his best friend, never saw his face apparently. That just makes everything more complicated."

Jeez, not even a hey back

"Oh, I see, don't worry, I will get back to work, now that you need me again.

"Alright, make sure you don't mess up."

And like that, he rudely cuts th e call.

'Asshole'

"Who were you talking to?" His thoughts were interrupted by Joshua's sweet voice.

"Oh Mr.Park. He called me to rant about how there's no leads to the case still. Like I already didn't know."

"There will never be any leads to this case." Joshua sipped the water in his glass. Jeonghan couldn't lie. He looked hot.

Joshua quickly caught Jeonghans staring, looking back at him with the same look in his eyes. The tension grew thicker and thicker. He felt like he was being studied by Joshua's eyes as he scanned Jeonghans body. And he felt the need for Joshua to touch him... not just hugs and cuddles.

And next thing he knew, Joshua was walking towards him, his instincts making him walk back, but the wall wasn't too far away.

"Why do you look at me like that?"

"Like what Joshua?"

"Like- like you"

And Jeonghan's phone rings at the exact moment.  Joshua quickly backed away and cleared his throat.

"Something just came up, I need to go." And with that, Jeonghan was alone in the room now.

When he cheked his phone to see who called, he almost felt like smashing his phone in pieces.

'FUCKING SPAMM CALL'

He cant even tell if Joshua meant something bad or good.

"Does he think I hate him? Or does he think I feel like he is weird?"

Jeonghan is at the end of the day dumb when it comes to love.
